This is a very compact hotel, room and bathroom small but adequate. To be fair, it was as comfortable as it could possibly be for its size and many of the big cities have compact rooms. The staff were excellent, very helpful and room and facilities kept very clean and serviced daily. From this area we walked to Notting Hill and Portabello Road. Easy, if you like walking which we do. Now that I know what to expect, we will probably stay again. Des & Anita

close to tube station and Kensington Gardens, Lovely walk through gardens to Royal Albert Hall, but the park is closed at dusk, so was a longer walk back. Small rooms but fine for an overnight stay. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Rooms are small so not great for families but for two people it’s a great bargain with a free breakfast and coffee and orange juice to start your day. 1 block from Hyde Park and 3 blocks from two different tube lines. A 12 minute easy walk to Paddington station for trains.

Amazing location. Short walk from queensway underground station, located at the central line. Room was a bit cramped but we’ve only slept at the hotel. Breakfast had a few options and was what we had expected and helped us along for the day!

Perfect spot if you're looking for a place to sleep and spend the rest of the day about the city. Rooms are small but comfortable with everything you need, breakfast is good, and location is great, right next to a subway line and with lots of restaurants around
