Lovely helpful staff on reception. Allowed us to check in early as the room was ready and also to leave our luggage the next day after check out. Room was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money.

Excellent, we were so impressed with this hotel. Great location, brilliant staff. Clean and comfortable. We didnt take the breakfast option but it looked good. Super handy for Victoria statuon and getting around London.

It was a fab location ... the rooms for family was basic but everything you needed for a stay ans such good value for money. It really is a super hotel for breaks in central london Will deffo use this hotel again

New Year 2025

The hotel was in a fantastic position for Victoria Coach and Train stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and comfortable, and everything you needed was provided.The breakfast offered a great continental choice and was good value. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to London via Victoria. We look forward to staying again.

Great location & property! Very close & walkable to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, pubs & restaurants. Easy connections through Victoria Station to rail lines & other underground lines. Good breakfast, additional 10 pounds sterling per person, per day.

Room in basement with no window. Felt like a dungeon and like a fire trap. Was NOT told about location of room. One assumes they'll get a window too. No window in a hotel room is illegal in Canada. This was not a cheap room either. Feel like I've been had. Can't recommend Expedia based on this experience.

Terrible choice

This hotel was overpriced; the only good thing about it was its location. I got a room overlooking a roof of black, crusty mold with outdated furniture & a hard bed. I went to a Comfort Inn in the Victoria area a few years ago& I thought I was selecting the same one. I was extremely disappointed that I selected this option. I will not return to this hotel .
