Awesome location. The hotel is steps away from the St. James tube stop (Central and District lines). Close to many landmarks and dining options. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only complaints: pillows were awful and the shower leaked into the bathroom.
Rooms are large and quiet with every amenity. Easy to walk to main attractions and the tube station is across the street. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Chocolate son the pillow are the best!
One of the better places we’ve stayed in London. Location is fantastic. Beautiful hotel. Extremely friendly and very helpful stuff. We’re definitely stay there again.
It was a great stay but the time I stayed previously I could cast my phone to a smart tv which made a world of difference. Not sure what changed and hopefully it moves back.
Great area for walking everywhere, lots of food options around. The staff are incredible, especially Mateo! Everyone in the lobby is extremely helpful. The rooms are nice, bed is comfortable. Turndown service which I always love.

Overall our stay was excellent. Lovely welcome, we did upgrade to a beautiful room. If I was to nit pick:- Breakfast - the plates are cold and therefore hot food cooled rapidly especially scrambled egg. Staff are lovely but sadly forgot to bring my toast and coffee. Apologies accepted but it shouldn’t have happened. Secondly upgrade led to the use of the Executive lounge which allegedly is open until 11pm Two evenings on return from the theatre around ten pm we were unable to obtain a coffee or tea as the machine was being cleaned and no staff appeared to be around. Not major problem but again not what was expected of the Conrad. Overall we were still very happy to have stayed at the Conrad and look forward to our next visit.
Loved our stay at the Conrad London St. James. This was easily our favorite hotel on our recent trip to Europe. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was outstanding in helping us to enjoy our stay and get around. The room and breakfast were outstanding. Location is perfect to walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster and the Thames.
This is a wonderful hotel. Very attentive and kind staff that go out of their way to make your stay even better. This is also a perfect location for sightseeing. Many attractions nearby and the tube is across the street.
