Not satisfied

How could you allow them to use a property which has major works going on. There were noise all night due to which we couldn’t sleep. Due to that noise and sleep issue we woke up late so we had to pay extra to just get ready and check out. Horrible experience. Also they were not beds at all, just two pieces of blocks with poor quality mattress on. Again due to that construction work we couldn’t open our windows for ventilation.. so no ventilation at all.

The bed and pillow were awful. The pillow was flat. The bed sagged so much in the middle that I would slide into the middle and couldn't keep my head at the top. The room was extremely small, which I knew going into it. There was no fridge or microwave. The bathroom was small that I had to sit sideways on the toliet. The shower curtain was disgusting looking. I found a bug and I really hope it wasn't a bed bug. It had good internet connection when you ask the front desk.

Ручка в ванную комнату была отломана, стены в подтеках и облупившаяся краска. В туалете ржавчина. Нет мыла. Адаптер для электричества нужно купить. Телевизор не работает. Есть Wi-Fi, но работает очень нестабильно. В коридоре бегала мышь. Фотографии отеля в 10 раз лучше, чем это есть на самом деле. В комноте душно и сыро. Я, зайдя в номер, испытала легкий шок. Но, не смотря на все это, персонал старается. Уборка каждый день. Есть чайник, чай, кофе. Плюсы: расположение. Минусы: все остальное.

Terrible place to stay. Toilet seat was broken, the shower was way too hot and the cold tap didn’t work. The kettle provided was sat on the window sil which was covered in god knows what. We booked two nights and ended up leaving after the first. Would not even recommend to my worst enemy.

I always try to leave positive reviews and never negative ones as usually a negative experience is a one-off moment and not consistent with the place I am reviewing, but this hotel certainly deserves less than one star from the minute you walk in with blood stains on the doorstep that haven't been cleaned up properly and the smashed window sneakily concealed by a no smoking sign. The experience just goes downhill from there. The reception desk and the staff members behind it were like nothing I've ever experienced before at any hotel, you have to see it to believe and I have added photos rather than say anything too negative. We were given a double room downstairs in the basement area which stank of rising damp. The bathroom not only didn't have a lock on the door. It didn't have door handles. Just a hole where the handles used to be, and there was mold on the bathroom walls. The shower was also leaking so badly. You could only stand in half of it or it would burn your feet from the boiling water pouring out of the Taps. In the bedroom area there was a skylight that was covered in mould. You couldn't open it and on the outside it was overgrown with weeds, there was a blind to pull down away from the window, The blind had mould on it and also paint stains strangely enough. There was paint peeling off the walls by the bed. And the walls were stained with dirt The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and we actually slept on top of the quilt because we were too concerned to

Upon arrival at the hotel I was told my room was a ten minute walk away in another building. This turned out to be a normal house. The room was ensuite but dirty, and with no TV, wifi or other facilities. The firniture was mostly broken.

Certainly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in

If you're reading these reviews, you should definitely take note. My experience was: - less that friendly staff - extremely hot room with no ventilation - dirty - dodgy wiring - did I say dirty? That being said, it was the cheapest place in the area (even at £124 for one night). In the future, I'll pay more and stay somewhere else.
