Great little hotel, minutes away from easy transport.
Small, but comfortable rooms. No frills, but there's tea/coffee in the room, and it's a great price for the area.
Would stay again.
If you’re looking for a hotel close to Kings Cross, which has everything you need for a night or two this is the place. Good price, quiet, wifi, and en-suite.
Prooerty was clean and service was excellent. Desk agents helped me with my luggage and gave great info about the area. Had a range of beverages to purchase and saved dragging lots of water etc to the hotel. Overall great trip!

A huge building project across the road with the expected noise which we thought we would be immune from in a basement room. However, our expectations were cut short as the underground trains are easily heard. Staff at reception were excellent and the hotel is very conveniently located for Eurostar services.
All perfectly fine apart from what sounded like a laundry delivery at 05:20am outside my bedroom window. Two mens talking loudly for maybe 5 - 10 minutes. No care for anyone within the rooms nearby. I was in room 5A on the basement level. Good stay other than that disturbance.

The 6msq room is tiny. It is really too small for the price. Comfort is OK. It is extremely convenient but only to sleep. Bathroom is miniature, no space for makeup or any luxury. One person fit in, but not 2!
My room was freezing when I arrived staff fixed it quickly, although bathroom remained freezing, can't keep door open as fan is too loud.
Room, given area is a little noisy.
Staff is great.
Will not stay there again unless i have no choice.

As this is an older property there was no lift so carrying luggage up the 2 flights on stairs was not fun. The bed was super hard I could feel the springs in mattress. It was also quite cold in the room. The water pressure was good for the shower and the location was close to the train station. Also close to places to get takeaway. There was a lot of homeless people around this area asking for money so just be mindful when walking around at night.
Not 100 yards from Kings Cross Station. Easy access to the tube and international trains! The rooms are cozy/smallish, but daily cleaning and linen changes.
The staff was helpful with recommendations both near and far from the hotel; both touristy and local Events.
You don’t have to spend a fortune on a hotel to be comfortable!
It's such a great location and for the price we cannot fault it at all.
It has everything we needed. Check-in was easy, staff were all friendly and helpful.
If you want somewhere with bells and whistles in central London I'm sure you can pay two or even three times as much, but for us needing a base to explore close to the rail and tube stations this was perfect.
