Clean room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choice. Can walk tk Euston in 20 minutes or Covent Gardens in 30 minutes. Restaurants located nearby and underground station 10 minutes walk.

Hotel is ok, rooms are a bit dated and carpets a bit musty. Window wouldnt open so no fresh air. Other than that rooms were ok, staff were pleasant and only a 10 minute walk to the tube. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with about a 20 min queue to be seated. Staff xoped really well and good selection condlsidering how busy it was. Not a bad place just as a base

I loved my room on the 6th floor with direct view of the Post Office Tower. The bed was unbelievably comfortable - such a thick mattress! The room was spotlessly clean. The only weird thing was the hairdryer is fixed into the drawer of the desk which is fine however there was no mirror . The nearest one being at least 6ft away and attached to the wall so I had to style my hair with no mirror. Result - not great!! But otherwise I would definitely stay at Crowne Plaza again. The room was really quiet too.

Stayed as a family of 4 with 2 older children age 14 and 12 and couldnt fault the cleanliness and room quality for a 2 night stay. Plenty of breakfast choice, central location , good pub opposite. so much choice when looking - 10 min walk to russell square station so would highly recommend for the very reasonable price !!
