Great hotel

Lovely hotel just what we needed. Arrived early and managed to get straight to our room early which was an added bonus. Can’t fault the service everyone was so helpful!

There's no AC which is expected in most European countries. There were fans, but temperature outside was cooler than inside. Windows do not work. Phone to offices were never work. No one picks up at "Room Service", "House Keeping", Front Desk.

Clean spacious double room with sofa for for relaxing, clean and tidy bathroom with plenty towels and toiletries, quiet on an evening 10 min walk from Kings-cross station. Only thing missing was some bottle. water in room. Luggage storage after check out so you can still explore without dragging case around. Would definitely stay here again though for future trips to London.

A great place to stay when visiting London. Centrally located, very clean, great air conditioning. Luggage storage and friendly staff. Only complaint was lack of lounge area, rooms are small and there isn't anywhere that you are allowed to eat outside your room if you don't want to go out. Overall I highly recommend.

Great location, but room for improvement.

Hotel is located in great neighborhood with convenient access to the underground, buses, etc. to tour London. AC was not working properly and the bathroom is very small, water splashes everywhere the fan does not help to get rid of humidity.

Check in was easy and straight forward. The room was far from the lifts so we enjoyed the quiet. It was not very clean but not very dirty either. The staff seemed to be floating around, unaware of one another. We ordered a bottle of sparkling water whilst waiting for our room, the bottle was not sealed properly and it was flat. The waiter brought a second bottle, flat again. At breakfast no labelled vegan options, and when i asked staff to check ingredients for me they seemed annoyed/clueless. Turns out there was 1 type of dry bread and 1 granola suitable . Fresh fruits were apples and oranges...we have had beyter breakfasts in smaller hotels! Very disappointed!

Exceeded my expectation!

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel was delightful. After arriving early in London at St. Pancras station, we walked 15 minutes to the hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and informed us that our room was ready, even though it was only 9:30 am. This allowed us to settle into our room ahead of schedule. Everything exceeded our expectations - the room was immaculate, with the added bonus of complimentary hot chocolate, biscuits, and a jug of water. The toiletries provided were of superior quality. The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenient store nearby that stays open until 11 pm. For travelers from the US seeking a spacious hotel room with air conditioning and an elevator, this is the perfect choice. The entire staff we interacted with were fantastic. During check-out, they kindly offered to store our luggage until our evening train back to Paris. This allowed us to explore London further before departing in the evening.

great location. near to multiple bus stops and 20 min walk from farringon/kings cross. few convenience stores near by. Breakfast was great. The reason for 3 stars is a non-functioning air conditioner for first two nights. issue was raised after first day, but there were no maintenance folks around and we were given table fans. problem was fixed on 3rd night after another reminder. not the service you expect for a hotel where you pay upwards of 300 pounds.

Location isn’t bad. An easy walk to Kings Cross even with large suitcases. The room itself had a very musty smell which wasn’t pleasant. The air conditioning was terrible in this current heatwave. It was cooler in the hallway than the room.
