It was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was not well explained clearly in relation to public transportation. Overall good experience. But food was expensive!!.

The room was very clean and quiet considering that it was almost full. Breakfast is a little busy, but they let you know when the best time to go down is. The staff are all very helpful and the food is lovely. I'd definately stay there again.

A very easy check in. Staff were very helpful. The room was clean and felt fancy for the space. We were staying in the hotel for an occasion and they went the extra mile to make it super special which we really appreciated. It was a shame the family room was two doubles (my children really don't like to share a bed so as adults we had to sleep separately to divide them up) but that's my only constructive feedback. We had the breakfast option, which had lots of selection. On the check out they let the kids keep the keys as a souvenir which they are thrilled with. Thank you for a lovely stay and some lovely birthday memories.
