Loved the warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in. Everyone was very friendly, and we got our rooms very early due to availability. Breakfast buffet was a good value. Easy access to transportation, etc. Room was so nice with a wonderful shower and nice Queen bed! All in all a great experience for my first time in London!

Location was great, right near Victoria Station. Plenty of eating places nearby. Hotel restaurant was pretty good. Had issues with room. Staircase in the middle of the room. Bathroom and closet right as you walk in and bed was down a flight of stairs. NOT accessible. In fact, could be considered dangerous. Had issues with room paperwork and billing. Multiple staff assured us it would be fixed. It was not after multiple conversations. Staff was incompetent and rude. Definitely need more customer service training.

Staying prior to our cruise. My rating is based on the restaurant who really destroyed our stay. The service was horrible. Took forever to get served dinner and this morning we sat for 15 mins then we left. No one even approached our table when after telling the waiter we were ordering off the menu. The front desk people were great and the housekeeper dos a great job.

Lovely hotel! The staff was wonderful! Also, the bar and restaurant were nice. Try to get a room on the back of the hotel if you are on a low floor. It's noisy! That's the price for being so incredibly close to all the transportation options! It made visiting London sites a breeze. Very walkable and literally you are across the street from the tube and bus depo for both public and tour buses.
