We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. The team at the restaurant was amazing. The location of this hotel was ideal as it was very close to the train station and getting around was very easy. I would recommend staying here.
I have to say it was a real pleasure for us the moment we arrived.
We got to the hotel almost 5 hours before check-in time, hoping to store our bags. To our surprise and delight we were told our room was ready. I can’t tell you how comforting that was after a very hectic morning of travelling.
The room was nice and clean and cool, which was great to find. The only issue I would say is the flooring. There is a transition from tile to carpet which is unsafe.
The shower door leaks but was easy to clean up with towels. But then can’t reuse them.
We enjoyed breakfast every morning and it was very nice, always full and ready. Our last evening we had dinner at the bar and the staff were terrific. My wife was finding the air conditioning very cold and the bar staff took care of it immediately. So thoughtful of him!
I would be remiss if I didn’t call out the two gentlemen working the concierge desk. They were so helpful, from start to finish.
Truly that little extra bit of polish if you will.
