The room was clean and had everything it was supposed to. I just miss the kettle in the room
I had a good stay at the EasyHotel - super convenient and everything you need for 1 night or 2. Beds aren’t super comfortable so I wouldn’t recommend for a full week.
I really liked this hotel initially. The rooms are small but comfortable. I had a negative experience on my second night where my TV wouldn't turn off so I asked the front desk and they couldn't turn it off either so I had to pack up and switch rooms in the middle of the night. They called it an upgrade because it had a window, but the room was smaller and the window was at street level and more of a safety and privacy issue than a perk.
Then, at 4:00 am the TV in my new room turned ON due to a previous guest (presumably) setting the wake up alarm. Basically I got 4 hours of sleep that night. I felt like those issues warranted a comped night. The front desk said no and an email I sent to the manager went unanswered. If I had received a response from the manager I would have given a positive review. As it is, I'd say buyer beware and make sure you get into the TV menu to turn off the wake up alarm setting.
