The room was lovely and good for a short stay. The air-conditioning unit was a nightmare, it was making a loud buzzing sound (like a door buzzer) every few minutes even when it was off. We were offered to switch rooms but it was late at night and we were out the next day until early in the morning so it was too complicated to sort. We ended up not using it at all the second night which meant a hot room but better than being woken up every 5 minutes.

I felt that I was paying more for the location than for the room because it was tiny, the tv was placed in a corner, so very difficult to watch even from the bed and just one hand towel provided for two guests. You need to remember your room number because a blank plastic key is all you get.

Great location

Great location. We only stayed one night and so we had limited time to expolore london. The close proximity to euston station meant we could take good use of the luggage storage. We left bags with no fuss the morning we arrived. Staff were all very freindly and helpfull. Beds were not very comfortable but that could be prefrence. Would stay again as the hotel is very clean and smells nice.
