Okay on a deal!

My Hotel in communal areas very classy. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Bedroom was clean but very small for a couple. Bathroom had the bonus of a bath. We had a deal with some vouchers so it was good value for money. Some budget hotels offer bigger rooms for half full price!

Great Hotel near Regent park

The hotel team is great and helps in everything needed. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the location near regent park in a quiet street is a great plus. Breakfast was very good, will definitely return again.

This was an amazing place to stay. The best part was the breakfast in the morning that was included. The staff that served breakfast were amazing. There are some stairs to get into the hotel, but after that it was accessible. Great location close to some good shopping areas. Would recommend this as a quiet location and home base while in London.

I've visited the GEM Fitzrovia Hotel twice now and enjoyed my stays both times. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. The staff are always very nice, and the morning breakfast is nicely laid out and very appreciated when away from home. The location is very favorable, walkable to many sites, and provides easy connection to numerous bus or Underground lines.

The hotel’s area was not too bad. The hotel felt like a hostel and didn’t give its online impression. The worst was when my partner was coming into the hotel, the bartender says to him, “what do you want” in a very tone. The interaction was not pleasant. Thankfully we only stayed one night and moved on to much nicer hotel. I would never think to stay there again.
