Great location but room not as advertised.

The building was beautiful and clean and in a great location, however the room was not as advertised. We booked an executive room especially for the advertised king sized bed (me, husband and 3yo to share) but our room only had a queen, which was not big enough. The room was also over two floors with the bed on a mezzanine. This was not mentioned on booking, and had we known we would not have booked the room as un-gated staircases and toddlers do not mix. In addition, the tv has very limited channels and although there is a "cast to tv" (from your own device) function available, it did not work in our room and the lady on reception had no idea how to help. Over all a good stay.. mainly because of the excellent location, but the room itself was not great for us.

A Nice stay at Fraser Suites

A Very comfortable room and bed (nice thick mattress). Friendly reception staff. Just one point: As the cleaning service is outsourced ,there should be better coordination betwwen reception staff and cleaning staff: We arrived at the room at 5pm , back from a busy day and had to wait for 30-45 minutes as our room was not serviced. Just enough time to prepare for the evening function. Otherwise all fine.

Stayed for two nights. We were allowed to check in early and chose where we wanted our room. Staff were really friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. The shower products smelt amazing. The location was excellent. We stayed due to an event at the royal Albert hall and it took us a 10 minute walk and tubes were easy to use with no fuss. A really enjoyable visit and would definitely return.

VEry conveniently located : next to Gloucester Tube station and walking distance to Natural History Museum, V&A museum, Harrods, Hyde park. Rooms are well mantained - we had an 1BR suite. There is a bit more of tables / chairs and would be better to have more shelves to put clothes etc. But overall great stay

We have stayed at this property before and had a much better experience previously. We had a nice room previously and we were fine to come back. After this most recent experience we would not come back again. We had booked far in advance and of the three rooms we booked two were unacceptable. Initially, they said they couldn't do anything about the absolutely terrible room they put us in, but eventually a manager found something to move us to. It was an improvement, but if we had be staying any longer than one day we would have left. The other room was below ground level! ... It was terribly hot and not comfortable for sleeping. We will not return.
