Excellent base for travelling round London as it literally 5 mins walk from warwick road exit of Earls Court tube. Its 5 mons walk to earls Court high street which has a lot of nice eateries, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are 5 pubs all walkable too and a supermarket on the high street. The hotel is a lovely building, the rooms are quite compact but have everything you need. The bathroom we had was quite small but again had all we need. The lift is tiny but its there if needed. The beds were clean and comfortable. extra pillows were avaiable, there were plenty towels. Tea and coffee making facilities with adequate supplies but the kettle doesn't fit under tap ! Great phone charge points in the overhead bed lights. We'd stay there again.

Would have given this 5 stars, I’ve stayed here before and it’s otherwise a great hotel. However, this time I’ve come home bitten alive from bedbugs. Even on my face, neck and fingers. Bedbugs can be found everywhere, it’s true. But the only way for the bits to be all over my body, and the number, must be from the bed. I Can’t remember the room number. Was on the first floor at the front. I wouldn’t have left this review, but I see others have reported this issue and it’s not been addressed

Would never stay here again, the hotel was very old, the beda were uncomfortable, my toilet didn’t flush properly, the shower drain was clogged so the water overflowed all over the bathroom floor, and the smell of cigarettes wafted into my room all night and there was no AC and had to have my window open as it was too hot otherwise

Nicely located a 7-8 minute walk to Earl's Court subway on 3 handy lines, especially direct to Heathrow on the Piccadilly Line. Many restaurants, shops and services close by. The hotel is quite dated and has no breakfast or even coffee room facilities, or any other amenities for that matter. The mattress is much overdue for a change and the shower head needed a good cleaning to avoid wetting the floor.

It is in a good location very close to Earls Court tube station and does have a view of the gardens. And staff seemed pleasant. But that's about all the positives. The room was in a very poor condition, with dated decor and disgustingly dirty. The bed was old and lumpy. The curtains were filthy, covered in dust and partly falling off the curtain rail. I had to climb up on the bed to rehang the curtains on the curtain hooks before I could close them. The bed was pushed right up against the window, which was a poorly fitting, old single-glazed sash, so I imagine the room must be freezing in winter. Likewise this was very dirty. The safety catch that's supposed to limit how far the window can open was broken, meaning a child could potentially fall out the window. The TV didn't work at all when I got to the room. It turned out someone had put the batteries in the remote control the wrong way. Once I fixed that, I managed to turn the TV on, but you could barely watch it. It was tiny - about the size of a computer monitor - fixed way up on a wall at an awkward angle, so you got a sore neck watching it, the picture was awful and it was missing basic channels (as in BBC). The shower room was even worse, really old and dated, with one of those weird vacuum cleaner-style hairdryers that don't actually dry your hair. The bathroom wasn't clean and there was a clump of hair all round the plughole in the sink, which was even more obvious since the plug was missing. Never staying here again
