We stayed here only one night for the location close to the Eurostar station. The place was clean but the staff were unfriendly, the location was nosiy (outside) and several stairs are required to reach any of the rooms. I would not stay again.

Great location, very easy and quick check-in. It feels more like a hostel with private rooms than a hotel. The room is quite small, no air conditioning but the small fan was sufficient.

The room was clean. Bathroom is very small but for the one night stay was okay for us. Check-in and Check-out was hassle free. Hotel is close to city centre.

The room I had was small, but adequate for my needs. Clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. I had no problems and the price I paid was amazingly low for London. I would definitely use this hotel again if I needed to.

A hotel close to St Pancras. However, really disappointed that the document we were asked to complete was left on the reception desk all night and still there when we left in the morning.

Lots of positives

Really friendly staff, easy check in, perfect location. Room was clean and bed comfy. Fan in room was much appreciated. Windows could do with updating- v busy road and a lot of traffic noise all night. Also other residents were banging/ shouting throughout the night which I appreciate is difficult to police. All in all was exactly what we needed and was great for one night but was not a good night’s sleep.

The location is probably the best thing about this place. You can leave the hotel at any time, which is exactly what you will want to do because staying inside is not something you would enjoy. The overall experience was disappointing. The manager was quite grumpy and had trouble understanding or speaking English, which made even simple communication frustrating. There is no option for early or late check in, and there is no luggage storage either. That is somewhat understandable since the room itself feels smaller than a typical storage cupboard. I booked through Expedia based on the photos, but I was genuinely shocked when I arrived. The room looked nothing like the images and was maybe a quarter of the size shown online. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and location was great. Property was quite run down and could do with face lift. Our room had no ventilation as all the windows where boarded up and on the fist night we discovered that this was to keep the rats out that we could hear scratching on the wooden panels. This made the room uncomfortably hit and you couldn’t tell if it was night or day. The shower had some molding it and the radiator in the bathroom was rusty. You could feel the springs in the mattress. It’s stated daily maid service and we stayed for 3 nights and our bins where not emptied so a maid did not enter our room

The room that was given to us was dirty, with beer bottles, bed undone, paper everywhere. They change the room for us however the ‘clean’ room was still not great. The receptionist was without shoes and his socks were drying in the heater next door. It was disgusting. The smell of the whole place was gross. You shouldn’t be selling this hotel in this platform.

Served the Purpose

We got what we needed. Basic no frills, but very clean and tidy. Central location for St Pancras Int station. We were on the ground floor so got awoken at 5am by the stampead leaving very noisy. Friendly staff.

We didnt get the rooms we booked- we booked 2 x 2 queen rooms, we got 1 with a double and single and 1 with 3 singles, bot a major issue but not what we booked. It was a heatwave weekend, 1 of the rooms had a fan and the other didnt, it was incredibly warm! The other room id booked apparently the toilet smelled quite badly. Most importantly be asare you cant store luggage at yhis hotel, its the first hotel ive stayed at that doesnt allow this, we were fortunate enough to have a guy on reception that pet us leave our luggage on check in but we payed premier in. On our way back for storage
