Location, room, breakfast and surrounding area; all good. Train station is at walking distance. I would definitely book a room in this hotel in the future

The hotel was well maintained. Umisha at the front desk was lovely and very friendly. There is NO parking anywhere, dropping off bags from our rental was a bit difficult. Waterloo station is a short walk. The beds are very firm and the complimentary breakfast was great. We would stay there again!

Easily accessible to numerous tourist spots. Museums, tons of restaurants and pubs. Hotel offers a wonderful breakfast for free! We had the lamb at the restaurant. It was awesome. Can't wait for our next trip. It was our first trip to London and it was better than we could have imagined. We live near San Antonio Tx and London felt as safe as anywhere that I've been.

there was no Hot water in the room and the maintence man told us that someone had switched it off and we had to wait for it to warm up which i took ages when we told reception they were so unhelpful as they said it had been booked by a third party so they would do nothing about the matter and very rude
