Everything is good here. The staff are particularly accommodating and welcoming. The hotel is clean and bright and the rooms are comfortable. This is a favourite of mine when I visit London and I would very much recommend.

The staff were all very courteous. The room was lovely, but we were disappointed there was no fridge/mini bar. We always buy fresh milk locally before we check in to a hotel as we prefer it in our tea/coffee. As there wasn't a fridge, we ended up having to throw the milk away. wechecked in, as we prefer it in our tea
