I absolutely loved the hotel, the service and the location. From the amazing breakfast (with a waffle machine), to the takeaway breakfast they gave us was top notch. It has a bus station right next to the entrance and the Waterloo station after a 5 min walk. Highly recommended hotel. Do try out the best Fish & Chips at Fishcoteque, and the shawarma next door.

At checkin room was not available put into a different room. There are 3 of us we booked for family and theedding for the sofa bed was not made ( we had to do this). There was not a towel for each of us. The room and bedding we so dusty. Our son (who does not have problems breathing) had breathing problems all night and still has due to dust. There was a layer of dust over our belongings and cups of water making them undrinkable.

My room is clean. Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have 3 families stayed in the hotel for a week enjoyed the stay. The location is convenient and transportation is easy to access. The breakfast quality is very good and yummy. It helps us to save money for the food too. We did have a good time in Hampton Inn as well as in London. The only thing I don't like is the mattress too soft - indents from previous guests, were very apparent.
