Loved the location, close to Southwark & Waterloo stations. Beautiful, spacious room with a king size bed. Front staff were wonderful and friendly. It was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely come here again in future.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton London Bankside. The interior is one of the most well-decorated hotels I have stayed in. My room was comfortable, beautiful, and I appreciated the attention to detail. I had a lovely breakfast in the hotel every morning - omelets made to order, fluffy waffles and pancakes, coffee, and anything else I could want. I also loved having drinks and hors d'oeuvres most nights in the lounge, which served as a perfectly sized dinner after a day of walking and eating. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was able to book a ticket for the London Eye with the concierge. The location is also convenient. The hotel is undergoing an exterior renovation; however, the workers did not start work until 9:00am. The windows are covered with a translucent film for privacy. I would have liked to look out the window, but I know this is a temporary condition and I believe the hotel is doing a very good job of balancing the construction with providing a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend the Hilton London Bankside and would stay here again.

The staff were all very welcoming and very helpful. We loved our bar experience with cocktails and mocktails. The breakfast buffet was amazing over our Easter break. Our room was amazing from the comfort of our twin beds to the bathroom. Chose this hotel because it had a great location, easy access to the tube station a short walk away and it had a heated swimming pool. Although I found the pool temperature a little cool and refreshing it was still a lovely addition to our stay. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making a short stay so enjoyable.
