Unfortunately, we did not get the room we booked with the appropriate amount of beds. This resulted in kids sharing a pullout couch bed, which was less than ideal.
We did enjoy the coffee shop and the restaurant.
Disappointed in the executive lounge. Not as much food during the ‘happy hour’ and the breakfast was 1/2 of what it was just 6 months ago. Hard to justify the additional expend for lounge access.
No tv remote in room. Waited 1hr 20 mins for one to be provided. Stayed on quiet floor but party in next room til 7.30am. Single quilt placed in a super king quilt cover on bed. Cups not clean in bedroom. Told Duty Manager would contact us. 48 hours later still no contact.
This was a great property for a stay in London! Very walkable to shopping and dining, plus easy access to public transit. Only miss was that the bathroom had no fan so it got very steamy and wet while showering. Room was small but comfortable, perfect for a reasonably priced stay in London.
We got a room where the sink would not drain. After multiple attempts to fix it we were given another room. The sink would not drain there either. We reported it and they came did a partial fix where they removed the stopper.

The hotel overall is avarage. The breakfast serves the same meals all over, the staff is not friendly and the coffee machines are not working.
The worst is the cleaning staff, they don't really clean ans just make the beds, but they don't clean the bathrooms and they didn't replenish water and face tissues. The good is the location although surroundings are not pretty.
Flew over for the Arsenal v west ham game and Matilda the musical with my husband and 2 kids. Lovely hotel and staff were great. Our room wasnt ready, so concierge kept our bags aside . The only issue was the shower head was loose and the water sprayed out onto the floor. We reported it to the front desk . All in all a lovely trip
