This Paddington property is in a great location close to all public transportation and on the Elizabeth line that goes to and from Heathrow. Also has the Heathrow Express which is half the time but 3X more expensive. It’s all about time vs money. Property has plenty to eat and see nearby. The tube is near as well.

Bed was very comfortable and quiet, but the hotel is looking a bit tired and I was disappointed to see that there was no walk-in shower but a tub with shower above. Convenient location; my advice is to go out for a good breakfast at half the hotel price, and walk to Little Italy for dinner. Staff very friendly.

Great location , staff were excellent but the room was quite outdated and didn’t have a refrigerator which is always a nuisance when travelling and paying as much as it costed to stay at a hotel like this .

Absolutely wonderful stay!!! The hotel was great, the staff excellent, and it's location connected to the Paddington train station made it very easy travel across London and to other cities in England. Highly recommended!!

We really enjoyed our stay this April. There were a few damaged items in the room. One bedside reading lamp was broken, my main issue with this is that wires were exposed. We made staff aware on thr 1st night. The last night the air conditioner vent syarted to rattle. But other than that the place was great. Very convenient to those arriving from Heathrow. We would stay here again.

I upgraded my room so that I can check in early (2pm) and thought I was getting a better room but the room is so ordinary and the bathroom is the worst. The access panel on the ceiling is wide open showing the pipes and all. The shower head is not attached properly so it keeps falling no matter how much adjustment I made, it also looks so cheap, something that can be bought in a dollar store. The shower door cannot be fully closed so water seeped out all over. I am very disappointed with the experience at Hilton Paddington and I told the staff at the front desk when I checked out and he just smiled and didn’t even ask for details. Worst room and service!

Great location

This Hilton is attached to Paddington Station so travel to/from Heathrow via Heathrow Express (20 min) couldn’t be easier. Also, lots of shops/food/restaurants in the station and nearby. Transport via tube and bus again is right there so getting to other areas of London is quick and easy. Room was a bit small but very comfortable, clean, quiet. My only disappointment was no fridge/minibar, but that may have been due to the room type I selected.
