Room felt like student halls and the building beyond the main communal areas is quite basic, but £400 for two people for two nights in central London I guess that’s what’s is considered reasonable.

staff were all very polite and helpful. Room was small but adequate. Water was piping hot. Part of the coffee maker was missing so couldn't use it- Not really bothered so didn't mention it to any staff member

Fantastic staff

Amazing stay. Rooms are a little tired and could do with so love, but it's the staff that make the place amazing. Shout out to Ibrahim on the front desk. That man went above and beyond. He deserves a pay rise.

Great location for central London . 15min walk to oxford str and 10mins to Harley street clinics . The rooms are very tired and badly need updating. No bedside lights and limited power options near the beds. Clean room , hot water was fine and staff pleasant . Good parking below the hotel was the reason for booking .

Overall good stay but the carpet could be cleaner and the bathroom door had a damage which was not impacting its function. Amenities are good and having AC is excellent. Felt secure in this hotel.

We had a 4 day stay here and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Ideal location. To see all the major sites in London. The hotel offered breakfast which there was a choice of full English and continental. Great food choice. I will be staying here again on my return to London
