We wasnt able to use all of the facilities, due to a private function. This was not advised at the time of booking, nor on check in. We only found out by a poster that was put in the lift around 5pm. Housekeeping entering the room, whilst we were still in there prior to check out

This hotel is the perfect location for exploring London. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was a good size. Overall, perfect for a short break. My only negative was I came alone with a buggy and luggage. The accessible entrance didn’t work and I pressed the button and waited but no one came to help. The female staff were more helpful than the male member of staff on reception. He didn’t even offer to help with my luggage and buggy when I was leaving. He would be standing there and didn’t ever think to open the Door to help me bring the buggy in and he’d just watch me struggle. I wish I got the name of the member of staff who checked me in, she was lovely and very helpful. She was great!

Loved the Gatsby/Art Deco inspired vibe. The room was beautiful- very big with a great sitting area - the bathroom was luxurious. I would recommend the view from the rooftop bar looking out over the Christmas ice rink in Leicester Square - it's also very well located

Central location was good The reception was a dark dingy desk and nothing else. It was a disappointment to arrive and only have a desk. The room was small but bed was comfortable and clean.

The room was okay for the price only when compared to the prices of other hotel rooms in London. But on a world wide scale, compared to other major cities, it is highway robbery. But what's more of a letdown is the dingy hallway and the absolute horror show of the check-in lobby. It is by far the worst hotel lobby I have ever seen. Don't get fooled by photos of the bar. The lobby looks like a seedy 42nd Street hotel from the 1980's! Never again!

Very thin walls and ceiling. I can hear the footsteps from the room above. Kept me awake whole night. The lift was rickety and tiny. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area hence getting a taxi will be challenging. There is a short flight of staircase leading to the hotel, not sure how accessible that is for someone on a wheelchair.

Very well thought out room, great bar area and great friendly staff. Only criticism would be on the speed of the lifts- there doesn’t seem to be a goods / staff lift so you’re competing with trolleys of towels and sheets but it’s a minor concern
