Great location

The location was great. The tube was right next door, Tower Bridge was a 10 minute walk. Bank district was a few blocks away.

I was so happy Hotel Saint this year. Phenomenal staff and service. The shower is still my guilty pleasure. And jumping on the Tube was so easy! Still my favourite!

I would highly recommend Hotel Saint! The location is perfect because it’s right next to the train station so you can easily get to all of the sights. All of the staff were extremely friendly and I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, cozy and the bed was comfortable. There’s also a convenience store and a pharmacy right across the street. My only complaint would be the breakfast. I added it for both days we were there and wish I hadn’t. The first morning our table had a view of the kitchen and I watched the man in the kitchen grab the prepared pancakes with his bare hands, instead of with gloves or tongs, and put them on the plate. I didn’t have any appetite to eat there with my daughter the second day of our stay. Other than that, a perfect stay.

Great Stay in London

Comfortable and modern hotel only steps from a train station. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to many landmarks and an easy train ride to everything else. Would definitely stay here again.

Reception desk staff were very polite and helpful. Cleaning servise was excellent. The digital setting of don't disturb was new to me (no need for putting a sign on door handle outside).Location is next to tube station. Close to tower bridge. Very quiet. Only last night of our stay we noticed when another room's door was closed, we felt some shaking in the bed frame. Maybe it was due to the location of our room being the last one in hallway. The room did not offer a microwave. I recommend this place and will stay in there if I go to London again.

Lovely staff and hotel. Strange policies.

We had a confusing check in experience at the Hotel. I travelled to London from Leeds with my teen son. When we arrived we were asked for ID for both of us. We were also asked if I had evidence of permission to travel alone with him. We had neither because it wasn't mentioned at any point prior to arriving that these would be needed. We do regular city breaks including in London and have never been asked for his ID before. The staff were nice and understanding, but this was quite stressful. We were able to check in eventually and had a lovely stay but am still left confused by this experience, particularly the lack of communication about the requirements. We are unlikely to return to this hotel.
