We had a lovely Easter break at the hotel. Location is really good if you want to do a spot of shopping. Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel overall was clean and we liked the toilet ( Japanese toilet) in the room Hotel is fairly average and nothing exceptional however we had a lovely stay. Club lounge was decent. Garden facing room was nice.

Best hotel in town. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Food at the restaurant and room service were always great. Staff is very friendly in every area of the hotel. From now on is our house in London. Congrats!

Great hotel! The room was nice, the bathroom was a bit small but it was fine and the Japanese toilet made up for it! My daughter (aged 2) loved the room and wouldn’t leave! The lobby and surrounding areas were immaculate. The doorman during the day was excellent, very helpful and attentive. I wish I got his name! I came alone with my daughter and he took care of my car for me which was my biggest worry. Thank you so much! Overall, lovely stay.
