We had a lovely Easter break at the hotel. Location is really good if you want to do a spot of shopping. Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel overall was clean and we liked the toilet ( Japanese toilet) in the room Hotel is fairly average and nothing exceptional however we had a lovely stay. Club lounge was decent. Garden facing room was nice.
