one of the best hotels i've stayed and easily the best i've stayed in london. room size was perfect. and location was extremely near to shopping district. staff were all friendly and helpful. the breakfast is fantastic as well
Swift check in and a great room. Probably the biggest bed I’ve had staying in London. Very spacious and well laid out. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Best hotel in town. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Food at the restaurant and room service were always great. Staff is very friendly in every area of the hotel. From now on is our house in London. Congrats!
Great hotel! The room was nice, the bathroom was a bit small but it was fine and the Japanese toilet made up for it! My daughter (aged 2) loved the room and wouldn’t leave!
The lobby and surrounding areas were immaculate.
The doorman during the day was excellent, very helpful and attentive. I wish I got his name! I came alone with my daughter and he took care of my car for me which was my biggest worry. Thank you so much!
