Overall nice n clean hotel probably a bit dated. Good shower as on the fourth floor. A bit noisy when the room next door uses the shower. Good breakfast. Reception staff day n night were friendly n helpful. Property within easy walking distances to public transport n underground. Would recommend this hotel.

Reception staff very good, Breakfast staff, Take it or leave it attitude, Coplained about the lack of WiFi in my room only to be told by night security that their was 5 different Wifi's in the building and a differend one for each floor, Then it worked, Bedside reading light never worked, Bath towel more like hand towel size, Apple , Orange and water , for breakfast First day, Only no more apple, Run out of tea bags, No sweatners on tables, or in rooms. Never stave here again.

Ok stay in a convenient location

We stayed one night. It was ok for that. Close to Paddington station express train to Heathrow. Room and bathroom was very small. Its an old building with winding hallways. We went through 4 doors from the elevator to get in the room which was cumbersome with large luggage. I would not stay again but it wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t pleasant either.

We had a two night stay over the Easter Bank holiday weekend and the staff were very pleasant and helpful especially Mel from the dining area, who also cleaned our rooms. Mel went above and beyond. The room was clean , while providing tea/coffee facilities, and a tv for basic watching. We were given fresh towels and room was cleaned for us during our stay. Breakfast was included, which was great! The hotel is conveniently near Paddington station and nearby to all central options via underground tubes and buses. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again especially due to the welcoming staff members and the service they provided..

Hotel with so many issues

Wish I could give zero stars for this property. When we checked into our first room, the WiFi didn’t work. Since it was late (after 10:30 pm) we decided to just go to bed and switch our room the next day. In the new room, there was no hot water in the shower so they gave us a key to another room so we can take hot showers. We did have hot water in that third room, but we noticed a rusty shower head. I don’t ever remember staying at a hotel with so many problems.

Stayed for 10 nights. The property is extremely convenient, with an easy walk to Paddington Station, lots of foot traffic, streets are not too busy. I felt very safe walking around with my teenager, even after dark Staff was friendly and responsive. Water in the shower was very hot with great water pressure. Beds were comfy (we had a triple, room was cozy.)

Cozy small hotel

Only few minutes walk from Paddington station , many restaurants and small hotels around but it’s a safe quiet area . Room is not big but with white bedding and towels. They serve English breakfast in the morning just for two hours and the coffee is good. Staffs are friendly. Definitely will come back.

There was a draft coming in through the closed window and not much room to move the bed away. The breakfast did not have any vegetables which Europeans like to eat in the morning. You can walk to many attractions from the hotel.

Literally can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Staff is wonderful. Located within a five minute walk from Paddington Station. Excellent free breakfast included! Many other dining options available, all within walking distance. Would gladly stay here again!!
