The room was ready when we arrived before regular check in time. The location is excellent for easy access to Paddington Station and there are restaurants a block away. There are hot and cold items available for the included breakfast. A very pleasant stay!

Beautiful hotel with easy walking distance to Hyde Park. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The very generous breakfast was a nice surprise.

I thought this hotel would be a great place based on past reviews, but I was a little disappointed. The location was very good, a few blocks away from Paddington Station. Some staff members were friendly while others were grumpy. The room was average. Breakfast was included and was adequate. Overall, my two night stay was okay, with no problems, but there are better options in the area for just a few dollars more.

Great location for travellers. Minutes south of Paddington at, 18 minute walk to TRAFALGAR Square amd lots of restaurants around. Very friendly staff and great, full breakfast! Just wish the shower stall was a bit larger but you can only deal with the space these grand old buildings can offer. We’d stay here again if we come back to London!

Although the rooms felt a little dated and needed some decorative attention it did everything it needed. It was super clean, bed comfortable, TV with enough channel choices, breakfast was good and the room quiet - I slept really well. Checking in was simple and straightforward. For the price I thought it was fantastic. I would stay again. Thank you to the staff - well run hotel.
