Check in was a breeze with helpful staff that helped take our bags downstairs and gave us a welcome drink. Great Location, close to Hyde/Regents park and Paddington station. Small bathroom, shower & towels.

A typical, small London hotel with rather cramped rooms but good for the price. Main asset being lovely, helpful and friendly staff. We felt very well looked-after. Breakfast was very good. The full English was served extremely quickly but seemed freshly cooked - how did they do that?

Room was comfortable and served our needs. Front of house were very welcoming and offered us a free complimentary drink upon arrival which was very nice. The breakfast was good and set us up for the day ahead which was also a welcomed aspect when sight seeing in the capital. Additionally there were shops and places to eat/drink in a street just 2 minutes away down the street.

There was a problem with the breakfast service. The plates and glasses smelled bad. The biggest problem with the hotel was the breakfast.

The property is row type hotel 5minute walk to Paddington Hyde Park and shopping and restaurants. On checkin we were met by Kevin. Very welcoming cheerful host. A friendly face after a long flight.

Small room, tiny bathroom, thin walls, no in room temperature control/no A/C, no elevator/narrow stairs. Breakfast was okay, but the women who worked the breakfast was abrupt and slow, front desk staff were great and it was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The location was great.

A fabulous stay with excellent customer service

We had an amazing stay! Everyone who worked there were so helpful and welcoming! Especially Kevin on the front desk, his knowledge of London was very much appreciated and helped us in getting around much easier with a little one. The breakfast was brilliant too! Perfect hotel for super price

I booked Kingsway Park Hotel, but we stayed at Admiral Hotel (in the same building). Everything was perfect: location, cleaning, room, staff, english breakfast. Stay at this hotel was amazing.

Paddington overnighter

An overnight stay en route to Heathrow. Booked a double room at Kingsway Park Hotel but our room was next door but one at Admiral Hotel. The room was a VERY compact double & was very warm due to an uncontrollable radiator. However, the location was superb, a few minutes walk from Paddington & lots of eateries & pubs nearby. A good breakfast included in the room rate a bonus. Staff were friendly & helpful

The place had everything i needed. I felt safe and the room was cleaned every day so it was very clean. Only thing to bear in mind is the room is much smaller than it looks on the picture but again is enough if you are out and about during the day.

Nice family run hotel

Stayed 1 night. Good for the price and nice breakfast. I left my charger in the room and the cleaner kept it safe until I collected it. My room overlooked the main room but it was surprisingly very quiet.

Value for money hotel near to Paddington station

Reasonably priced hotel in good location to Paddington station. Rooms and decor need refreshing, but generally clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Mattress felt lumpy but didn't affect sleep.
