The hotel and staff was excellent. Executive room was superb with lots of extras and a great view of St Paul’s cathedral. The special guest executive lounge serviced free beverage and snacks throughout the day which was a lovely treat.

The hotel's location is great, being close to several tube stations and attractions. The hotel itself is very nice. They have a second building adjacent to the main one; you need to go outside briefly to get to it. The elevators are on both sides of this building, which is a bit unusual. The breakfast is very good, as is the bar. The main restaurant has a few interesting options and serves its purpose well. In terms of the rooms, there's a catch. We were a family of four (two adults and two kids), so we booked a family room. The room was quite small for four people, with two queen beds and limited space—only two small drawers and enough room for two pieces of luggage. We stayed for a week, so we couldn't fully unpack and had to leave three suitcases in the middle of the room. The bathroom is decent, but the shower is very small—like the old circular showers you find on some cruises. If you are a larger person, you would barely fit. We are not big, and we even had some issues. Also, as others have mentioned, housekeeping is not the greatest. We had to call them twice in a week because it was almost 6 PM and our room had not been serviced. While the rest of the hotel is spotless, the rooms are not, and they need to pay more attention to this. There is a pool, but there's another catch. Minors can only use it at certain times throughout the day, with a two-hour window in the early morning, mid-afternoon, and before they close at 10 PM. The hot tub was also broken twice during

Staff and location excellent. Air conditioning not easy to control Sink was damaged when we arrived , disappointed that this had not been replaced. Pillows were a bit hard but bed was comfortable.

Great Stay, we will be back!

Had a great stay. Here for 3 night stay with my friend and 2 children age 16 & 10. Large room with 2 x very comfy queen beds. Had the best nights sleep! The room could probably do with a revamp, carpets and the woodwork are looking a bit tired, although whilst we were there some rooms were having new carpets fitted. The room was a bit dusty and we noticed that the toilets in the reception area wasn’t very clean. Despite this we still had a great stay and it didn’t put us off. Staff very welcoming and friendly and our room was topped up with tea and coffee, towels etc each day. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and it really set you up for the day! The pool was great, not too busy, kids loved it. Adult only Roof top bar with an amazing view of St Paul’s Cathedral is well recommended

Highly Recommended!

Clean, efficient, responsive. Plus it’s a great location. Right next to St Paul’s Cathedral but also around the corner from Millenium Bridge (walking) and close to Tate Musuem, Borough Market, etc. Also walking distance to Covent Garden, London Bridge, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, etc.

Check was easy and quick . They had a nice touch with prosecco or orange juice. Staff were super friendly, approachable and helpful. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was brilliant and catered for everyone's dietary needs. The choice was great and everything was fresh. The roof top bar had views over London . Bar had an ok choice of beverages. The hotel was very clean . First time staying in this area of London but will definitely return. Great transport links and 20mins walk from Covent Gardens . 5mins walk to the Tate Modern Museum . Would definitely recommend.
