Lovely hotel in a great position - really enjoyed being able to use the pool in the mornings. Only slight criticism is that the pillows were very hard and not at all comfy.

Perfect Central London location - a runners dream

This really is the perfect London spot and I've been here a few times now. I went with my 2 boys for the weekend. Spitting distance from St Paul's and great restaurants are peppered around the area. We went to see a play in the West end and walked there. It took about 20 minutes to get to the Strand and it's a nice walk. You could also walk along the river to get to the west end which would add 5-10 minutes to your walk - but it's worth it. I ended up getting up every morning and ran to the river and along the south bank. It's 2 minutes run to get to the water and it truly is the most beautiful run, regardless of whether you go left or right at millenium bridge.

Impressive, big, massive rooms. Breakfast was also good. One can start from here the entire walk around Thames River. Tube to St. Paul is walking 3 min and Farringdon is 20min walk. Best to get Elizabeth line from Farringdon to Heathrow Airports.

I booked 2 x Superior rooms,I was very disappointed. The rooms had debris on the floor such as peanuts, the curtains had rips in and the room was not as the advertised photo. I had rooms 428 and 429, I use your brand often and usually it is very good but on this occasion I feel let down whilst entertaining customers.
