Concierge was very helpful. Room was comfortable with nice amenities. Unfortunately, Our room AC did not work properly and we complained twice, but it was not resolved. They brought us a fan but it was uncomfortable to sleep.

Really disappointed this time round explained.It was our anniversary. Not as much as a happy anniversary or anything in the room. Also, the room was disgustingly dirty with dirty splats all up the bathroom walls The staff were very miserable and not accommodating this time.Round, I only visited a week before with my sister and we had a great time.Not sure I will be back

Great hotel - don't use hotels.com to book it!

This hotel is just lovely, but don't book it through hotels.com. At another London venue I booked a type of double room that it turns out doesn't exist using photos from another type of room, then they booked me a single room and pocketed the difference in payment. The hotel manager has given me the booking paperwork showing they booked me a room with a single bed. Total scam. Book straight through the hotel!

Our family enjoyed our stay. For future travel, I am thinking of not using Expedia. In the days leading up to our arrival I was receiving text message from Expedia asking me to reply to "important" messages from the hotel. The messages were offers to add amenities. If I book directly with the hotel I can avoid these nonsense text messages.

The hotel was very close to the Tower of London which was one of the places we wanted go and in the good location for all the public transit. The room was very quiet and clean. Beds were super comfy. The breakfast buffet were great! We ended up eating there pretty much everyday. No major complains and it was a great location for our first trip to London!

Made to feel very welcome with welcoming gifts of wine, chocolates and fruit were left in the rooms. Fruit and iced water was available in reception every afternoon, which was a welcome addition. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. Staff very friendly.

Our room was not ready until 5pm, reception staff made no apology and asked us to wait for a phone call that never came. We were offered a free drink but told this would only be non alcoholic. Receptionist was not helpful, friendly or intersted in customer care. Once in the room, the air conditioning unit was rattling and very noisy, which greatly disturbed our nights sleep.
