Very helpful and kind staff throughout this hotel. Spacious bedrooms. Very comfortable. Great breakfast with wide variety and omelette chef helpful and cheerful. Leo’s restaurant is nice for dinner - staff including Olga very helpful. Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi all of an excellent standard.

No effort to ensure my comfort

The overall experience of my stay would have been 5 star if not for the fact that almost everything in my room was faulty. It all started when I checked in and I tried to call reception to make an enquiry from room, only to discover the hotel room phone was not working. So i had go back down to complain before a staff member was sent to replace it. I then decided it was time to watch some TV, lo and behold the TV didn't turn on. Again the same staff was called for and he promptly resolved this issue. You would think at this point all was said and done, but then I decided to take a shower. And your guess is as good as mine for the shower wasn't working. And once more the legend came up to sort it out. It made me feel like no care was taken to ensure my one day stay at such a reputable hotel was pleasant.
