I would stay here again. Lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance. Mimo’s and San Marco’s are great. The morning guy at the desk was exceptional and very helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Glad the offered storage for late departure or early arrivals. This is more like Motel. It was a clean and convenient place. Needs a carpet/floors remodel.

Family room was in basement and so couldn’t open windows so quite hot, had air conditioning though but just disappointed couldn’t open windows as were locked. Otherwise room was very clean, bathroom and shower lovely. Wifi bit hit and miss but location was excellent right near Paddington st and near hyde park. Would stay again when in london as good location and clean rooms

Lovely location, great hotel

Great location 4 minutes walk from Paddington tube station . Friendly Staff. The room was clean. The bathroom was small, but clean. Staff friendly and polite. We would definitely book again.

The room was on the 3rd floor (4th in American parlance) - no lift/elevator. The room was compact to say the least with nowhere to store or hang clothes - no dresser, closet or wardrobe. I ended up placing my open suitcase on a small desk. The bathroom was much too small. To get to the toilet I had to turn sideways to pass the sink. The shower was miniscule, the shower head provided lots of water directly overhead. Turning around required shuffling, there wasn't room to "step". Overall not a pleasant experience. I wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent location

Excellent location 5 mins from Paddington Station. Very near to bars & restaurants. Staff were friendly & helpful. Hotel/rooms were very clean and a comfortable bed. Hotel rooms are tiny and hotel/rooms in need of a bit of a spruce up. However, for the price it was not bad at all! Would stay again.

The only plus is its accessibility to Paddington Station. Everything else was the cheapest possible including the little round shrink-wrapped soaps that you can't open, and shampoo and body wash in little plastic packets that you can't open. Cheaper than the worst Motel 6 or Days Inn in the United States. Our bathroom floor was so sticky that we had to ask for extra towels to use as carpet so our feet wouldn't stick to the floor. And WORST of all, there is no top sheet on the beds, only dirty bedspreads on both beds that hundreds of previous guests have slept with over them before your arrival. Totally disgusting. And at an exorbitant price that cannot be justified even in London. Staff was friendly, but no breakfast included at nearly $200 per night, and no elevator. Lots of loud drunks on the street outside once the bars close. A terrible and disgusting 2-night stay, will never return.

All key needs catered for, e.g. bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, kettle, tea and coffee. Double roon for single occupancy was spacious enough in comparison to other rooms in that area. Shower worked fine and had hot water. TV was not working properly, the desk in the room had stains from previous occupier. I found some long hairs and beads on the bathroom floor, indicating that the cleaning is not very thorough. Having said that, I have experienced a lot worse in London. Neighbourhood was very noisy and occupants on the next level could be heard until late at night.

Had a one night stay with child so we had a 2 twin bed room. I bookedthis as it was affordable and near Paddington station. We werent looking for luxury. The hotel is basic but clean. Beds were hard but sleepable for us. Room was quiet and clean. Provided tea/coffee, although sink was small so we filled from the shower head! We were at the top of the stairs (there is no lift and we knew this going in) roughly 4 flights with suitcases. They did store our suitcases after check out which was appreciated. Centrally located just a few blocks from the station.

The pros: close to Paddington Station, about a 56 minute walk away. Very reasonably priced and practical. The cons: narrow staircase to go down stairs - downstairs rooms don’t really have a window. This wasn’t a problem for us because we were just gonna stay there at night, but just FYI. Summary: clean, tight but tidy rooms with creative quirky, interesting accents. Good for if you’re just looking for a place to crash for the night. Not good if you’re the type that complains.

Pros: - Convenient location to Paddington and Big bus stop - Very nice staff, easy to communicate with - extra fan available in suit - lots of information available at lobby for city activities Cons - Room was hot - Bed and pillows were unusually hard - Space was very tight in twin/double room. - The grout lines in the bathroom had some mold

Great for a quick one night stay. If you have heavy cases expect to drag them up narrow steep stairs. Lots of dining near by and paddington station very walkable. Also on the big bus route. Would stay again!
