Do not recommend

The bed was smaller than expected , it was on the lower ground floor / basement . I could hear absolutely everything and anything . In the morning pigeons were trying to get inside via the window (I have a phobia so real stressful stay). There were no duvets just a thin sheet to cover with and we were all cold at night . Staff were not friendly and unwelcoming . Due to all reasons we had to cut our stay short and we ve left earlier I don’t recommend unless you must stay in the area and no other hotels are available.

The room was very clean and the owner was very kind to us. It's really close to Paddington station and very convenient. They don't have elevator so it's too hard to go up 4 floors with a suitcase... Would recommend if you travel with a backpack otherwise the stairs it's a nightmare.

We like the area, very convenient with shops and close to stations. There’s a slight smell coming fr the sink and the loo every time we flushed. Concierge could be a little friendly and should be knowledgeable about the area, otherwise all good.

A very clean and central hotel

The hotel is spotlessly clean in a superb location. The staff are very pleasant & welcoming. The cleaning service is fantastic. Great value for money. The only minor negative is we were on the very top floor. This is ideal for young people though anyone with mobility issues should clarify a low floor is needed.

A good 1 night stay for our family. Room was clean with fresh towels and plenty of bedding, however TV didn’t really work. Fairly small room but can’t complain given the low price we paid for a room for 5 to stay in central London.
