we liked the hotel is very well located everything was close,restaurants,train,buses,parks etc , BUT at nights some indigents was very noisy and they was fighting and we cant hear everything from our room

Ideal location close to a variety of food options, two underground stations, great neighbourhoods. Rooms were a bit tight, but nothing at all to complain at all. Staff are friendly and always ready to answer any questions.

Perfect hotel. Excellent location near 2 Tube stations, connecting you to Central London and top tourist sites. It’s also around the corner a major business corridor with convenient stores, restaurants, coffee shops. Highly recommended for solo travelers and couples.

This property is in a great location, only 5 minute walk to Hyde Park and just down the street from many shops and restaurants. The room was nice and management fixed the few issues in our room immediately when they were brought to their attention. My overall review is only 3/5 because our room was located in the basement and we could hear everything going on above us. People walking and rolling their suitcases in the hallway and lobby above us typically stopped by the time we went to bed but it seemed the cleaning crew started vacuuming or doing some sort of cleaning in the lobby at 4am which kept me up the rest of the morning. Then the visitors started arriving with their suitcases a few hours later. If staying here, I’d recommend asking for a top level room if possible. Other than that, we did enjoyed our stay.
