Our stay at the Level at the Melia was fantastic, I have already recommended it to people I know. The staff were so attentive and helpful, the room was lovely, comfortable and clean, and we loved the perk of the executive lounge which comes with the Level. Everything about our stay was amazing, we’ll definitely be back.

Great room size, excellent facilities within the level were a real plus. Great location with easy access to the tube. The only issue was the plug socket next to the bed was faulty, meaning this could not be used.

Very nice hotel and could not fault anything other than the bed (arguably one of the most important aspects). The mattress was well past it's used by date and needs replaced in the room I was residing in.

The staff were brilliant, I didn't use any of the facilities or bar etc. Unfortunately the room wasn't as expected teh floor was quite dirty the surrounding of the LEDs on the ceiling were falling off and as u open the door the vent above u was falling off. the room also was boiling hot and wouldn't cool down.

Room was really lovely, exactly as expected. However, it wasn't the friendliest atmosphere when at reception and didn't feel overly welcomed. We also paid a security deposit for the one night stay and are having to chase it up 3 weeks later.
