Stayed here for 1 night with my daughter for a night at the theatre, hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, we stayed in cosy windowless room decent size, amazing waterfall shower. Pubs and street outside were packed with people celebrating early st patricks day. We heard nothing once we got into our room, totally soundproof . Got to give a shout out to the cocktails in the bar. Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble, will definitely be back. 10/10

£10 to Leave a Bag …

Nice hotel in a good location, but they charge £10 to leave a bag for a few hours … a hotel as nice or nicer down the street holds your bag for free.

This was the most amazing place to visit. The staff was fabulous. The morning coffee was great, the evening bar scene was so cool. The room we had was amazing. Walk to shopping and amazing food of all kinds. If you want a big chain hotel, this is not it. If you want charming and fun, and a cultural experience this is it. We had an amazing experience. I can't wait to go back.

Room was pretty grimey given the price point. Wobbly faucet, suspicious blood stain on bathroom door, no safety lock on door despite the hotel being in a separate building without reception (check that you're not accidentally booking the apartment). I'm usually not too bothered as long as it's clean but for that price, it should be better

Wonderful hotel in the heart of SOHO. The street was bustling, but my room was quiet and comfortable, and perfect for one person. Everything about my 4 night stay was lovely, and I enjoyed breakfast and having drinks at the bar with friends in the evening. Highly recommend!

I love this hotel. A top quality but simple offering. I’ve stayed here a number of times now when I’m going to Ronnie Scott’s. Nice and close to China Town too!

Great stay

Great location for the night. Room was really comfortable and clean. Despite being in the heart of soho it was really quiet and we slept really well. Would definitely stay here again for a trip into London

I like the location because it was in the heart of London and Soho very accessible to public transportation and the hotel was right for what I was looking for. Would definitely come back here if I ever come back to London

Great location, cheap, claustrophobic

Great location, good value for money, but I have never stayed in a room so small without a window. It was a little too claustrophobic. The TV/movie service was good, the bed was a little stiff but i have had far worse in Hotels.

I have stayed 10 or more times and been very pleased: this time, less so. The room smelled a bit (damp or drains, I'd guess) and the lever on the wash basin didn't work properly. It makes me a bit hesitant about the other bookings I've already made for the hotel. I hope it's better curated then. It's such a good location it would be a sad thing to have to go elsewhere.
