The hotel is lovely, the room is so quiet and comfy. However we stayed for two days and our room wasnt topped up with essentials such as water or coffee. It wasnt cleaned and dirty glasses, prosecco wasnt remived from the room which was disappointing.

We were told we would be giving a room upgrade since our last stay we were woken up to builders in the next room doing work which we weren’t made aware of and told we would be giving a upgrade on our next stay ! No upgrade a free cocktail each. Our first morning we had to ask for two irons as they were leaking brown water out of them which ruined an item of my clothing which cost more than the price of our stay. The electric then tripped in our room which made us late to reservations meaning we alsonl At that reservation putting our day so far behind . Hotel is gorgeous but other than that I wouldn’t choose to stay here in a hurry again.
