Terrible hotel - nothing works here no hot water, no heaters in the room, nasty bedsheets, no wifi. All bathroom fittings are broken. And no one in the property to address any issues.
Never go to this place, its a scam.

Expect what you paid for and it'll be okay.
We got room 7 and the twin bed's mattress was broken but still managed to sleep fine.
I don't mind cold showers so barely warm water didn't bother me much, but it's worth nothing

No WiFi! No hot water in cold mornings and no bucket or bowl provided! And the receptionist (Williams) unwilling to help or may be, he is helpless! Quite a terrible experience
What a bad experience, and a poor recommendation !! The hotel credit card reader did not work !! They told me I needed to check in and “pay” on line !! Their internet DID NOT work !! I wasted 45 minutes try to check in, with these clowns !! Very bad experience !!
No heating in the shower. The heating was only turned on during our second night and stopped again. We had to have cold shower which is terrible for out toddler. Radiator is off as well we need to triple our blanket to keep warm. No staff to help us since front desk was empty the whole time. Not recommended for anyone who is looking for a place to stay. 👎😠
The property was dirty not do to lack of cleaning. It is clear the owner had not put any money into the hotels upkeep. There was no hot water during my entire stay nor did the internet work properly. I would recommend Expedia consider delisting this property until it’s upgraded.

We stayed for 2 nights.The location is great, just 5 min walking from Paddington station. Before the minimal interaction we had we Hotel staff, we can say they are not particularly friendly although helpful. Our resting could be way better. Unfortunately the mattress was terrible and completely worn out. Also, the room walls could have a better sound proof isolation.
This is a very old property with old everything.
The mattresses have springs, very uncomfortable for me. At check in. I was not offered Wi-Fi and I forgot to ask. Two days later, I tracked down housekeeping and finally received new Wi-Fi network and Password. Posted information inside room was outdated. If you shower before 7:30am you will have an ice cold shower. Housekeeping turns on the boiler at 7:30 A.M. The toilet seat is wonky and slips off to one side while using it, very annoying.
For me, the only thing going for this property is the closeness to Paddington tube station/train

They do not have refregrator for diabetic ansiline peps to keep on.
The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location and proximately to the subway station, restaurants and stores. Staff did a good job of cleaning the room.
The room was dated and moldy, bed was uncomfortable, no hot water, no staff available after the morning, shotty Wi-Fi, only two poor quality towels were provided for the entire day, no hand towels, and no hair blow dryer.
If there was a situation no one was on the premise after the morning cleaning. Not good!
We booked this property as the price was reasonable, we went to check in but nobody was there, there was a post it note on the front door saying go next door for check in which we did and greeted by an extremely rude man, there was mot hot water on the 1st day of stay and the property in my opinion was in a poor state of repair and Very dated however the room was clean here was an extractor fan cover missing in the bathroom exposing live cables amongst other issues, we wanted to report this on our stay but there was no staff at the property, ii reported this to Expedia who I wil say were very helpful in offering us alternative accommodation
