My biggest issue with this hotel is the lack of air conditioning. I don't understand how an 11 story building doesn't have air conditioning. There are windows but being so close to the Paddington station there are trains going in and out all night and there was construction in the area 24/7. And even with the window open, there just isn't any cross ventilation.
Charles was extremely helpful with our check-in! He gave us much needed information on the area as well as tips for traveling to the airport by train. He also gave us information about a restaurant we had heard about in the area. Ironically, we went to the restaurant for lunch, but ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and we LOVED it! Great food - the chef obviously knows what he's doing! We'd eat there even if it was located in our home town. Added bonus - they even had a workbook titled "Sleep" to help travelers with issues affecting their sleep hygiene. This is a workbook that I would pay for, no doubt! We wish there was a Novotel everywhere we travel!

unfortunately after having arrived at the hotel at 1.30pm and checking in online the day before there was no room available until about 5pm for us. which caused a fair amount of disruption to my plans given I was only in London for 24 hours.
I was beyond pleasantly surprised. Wonderful location, beautiful premises and super friendly staff. Highly recommend when traveling with small children or just want a quiet and convenient place to stay.
Great property. Centrally located and an easy 10 minute walk from Paddington. Friendly staff. They cared well for guests and ensured safety. Food on site was convenient and yummy. Music in the lobby was a bit loud and our shower leaked. Parts of our shower and room fell down, like the curtains but those were minor complaints to an otherwise wonderful stay. Would stay again.

Not sure why I was put in an accessible room. The bedroom & bathroom were both very dated & in need of modernisation to match the impressive communal areas. The artwork in the bedroom was inappropriate.
Good location to a few bars/coffee/shops. Short walking distance to Paddington so great connections for a Greater London trip.
Room was spacious even for 3 guests.
Before check in had a drink at the restaurant which was nice as well.
The hotel is very conveniently located and is only a few minutes from London Paddington Station by walking. The Sheridan Square area has several very good restaurants and a supermarket. The staff of the hotel is very helpful too.
Great staff, quick check in, clean spacious rooms, very quiet, very comfortable bed.

The hotel is not too far from the train station, good transport to the city. While when we were checking at the hotel at 2:55pm (checking time was at 3pm), the guy who worked at the receiption, intentionaly delay our checking knowing that we arrived from internation, leaving us to sit there for more than 20 min (imagine after long flight) while he was disapeared from the desk, we have to recheck with another staff to see what was going on, apperantely he was doing handover his shift... That is not a very professional behavier! Dissappointed!!
