The hotel takes a deposit during the check in. However the issue is after the check-out they have charged a fee for an "unusable" hand towel, which was stained with some hair-dye residue, which is something common that may be seen. Hardly believable it cannot be removed from a white towel. The other part was that what they charged was quite unreasonably high for that sort of white, cheap, hand towel. However EVEN if we are at fault charging for something so trivial will leave a very bad aftertaste in any customer's mouth. I would also like to state that in further correspendence with the hotel they did come off as quite rude, and asked me "if this was how I am acting at my home". Honestly I have been to many many hotels and this is the first time I have been charged such a fee.

Easy to check in. Big bed and was clean and tidy. Slightly noisy at night from adjoining rooms. Location great for an overnight visit to see The Greatest Showman nearby. Good tube connections to St Pancras.

Bed was really uncomfortable, it was a sofa bed which had been pulled out. The room was small but fine for us. The only thing that let it down was the bed and not having a decent sleep. Also no USB plugs in the room.

Good sized clean room, nice upgrade. Excellent location for tube, felt safe in just a short walk from station. Basic breakfast. Lots of fast food in the area and convenience stores. Quiet at the back of the hotel away from the road. Great staff Will stay here again at the right price

Location perfect. one min walk to Earl’s Court tube. Room was large and clean and highly impressive: very modern. Price fair. Only reason why not 5 stars was the bed was poor. Clean but was a pull out spring bed. Don’t need to be. Change the bed and it a perfect hotel.
