Wouldn't recommend.

The price was alright. There wasnt really any customer service. Our room was the only one that was literally in the basement, heating was on fully and there isnt really any air circulation. You could hear every little noise from ither rooms upstairs. Our luggage we stored with them until we could check in was in a room that anyone could access at any time, wouldnt recommend, as anything could be stolen and they don't really care for it.

Great hotel for central London, good price, attractive building and reception, breakfast always looks good, bedrooms and bathrooms modern and spotless. Plenty going on, lots of restaurants and bars, indie shops, etc. around the corner in Queensway and Westbourne Grove. Bayswater Tube 2min walk.

Great hotel, fab location

We were very impressed with this hotel. Location is great as only 10 min walk to bayswater station. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Staff we're very friendly and hotel was really clean. Yes it could do with a bit of a refurb but for what we paid we were more than happy. Thanks :)

Pro: Great location, professional staff. Cons: Property isn’t so well put together. Feels like a bunch of houses clobbered together. Except for a nice reception, even the carpets are old. The room I was given was next to the elevator shaft and was noisy for the duration of my stay. I mean, I wasn’t expecting a Marriott for the price, but definitely could’ve been better. Or may be it was just my room.

Go with travelodge instead.

Missing shampoo and body wash. The bathroom was untidy. Had to get someone was to unblock the basin. There was only one electric plug point and the sitting table was too congested. There was barely any soundproofing in the room, and could constant hear people from other rooms. Travelodge is better for the price you pay.

Pretty clean but there was a stain on one of our pillows. We stayed on the basement floor, and it was quite ‘tired’ looking. Upstairs rooms may have been better. Overall, however, good for the price and we appreciated the option for family rooms

The room was so small that the big bed & wardrobe took up nearly all the space. Worst room I've ever seen. We were so disappointed that we booked into Tower suites opposite Tower of London which was so spacious.

Great experience.

Location is great. Many shops, bars and restaurants around. Very close to Hyde park, walking distance to Paddington station. Friendly staff. Rooms are really clean. Continental breakfast worth the money.
