Hotel facilities/cleanlng/staff are all 5 stars.the breakfast both days at approx 8.30.was cold.tge sausages where tough and poor quality.and cold.the fried eggs.not many in the dish and badly cooked.looked like they had been over cooked and again cold.very good selection of items to choose from.my wife had poached eggs cooked for her,which where good.a really nice guy in the evening made my 3 year old granddaughter a milky hot chocolate.as none in the room.could do with at least 4 English tea bags in the room.instead of just two.all in all it was a very good experience.and would go back again.all staff are very polite and friendly.

There was an initial problem with the blackout blind int he room being broken and some stray clothing lying int he bathroom This should have been picked up by staff prior to our arrival. On raising it with the Guest Services manager, it was quickly resolved and we were moved to another room.
