Great stay at Park Plaza London Waterloo. Lovely room, great facilities (gym) as needed to use it for weekly sessions to keep on track. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great breakfast too!

Wonderful stay and overall staff were superb. However, the man that delivered our dinner to room 718 on sunday night after we arrived could do with a lessin in manners. He was extremly rude.

Stay at this hotel at your own risk. The cleaning people do with your property what they want, including throwing your stuff out. And they don't clean. The floor was dusty the whole time. The front desk with its insincere apologies does nothing. No management reached out about the missing items. Management matters and in this hotel it simply doesn't exist.

Our stay at the Park Plaza London Waterloo was fantastic. The location is ideal as it’s just in front of the Bakerloo Line, lots of buses around and just a tad away from Waterloo station. Lots of food options and very quiet and comfortable. The staff and facilities at the hotel were amazing, the room was super clean and comfortable, warm and cozy and the views were amazing. Breakfast was busy but nice and with plenty of options. We would definitely return to this hotel!

I love that the hotel it was clean, is the perfect location within walking distance to restaurants, train and buses to take to different locations, and also walking distance to see the museums, the Eagle eye, Big Ben even walk to Buckingham palace.

Dreadful

Requested extra pillows (heavily pregnant) in the room and did not receive any pillows. Spa pool was not useable, freezing cold. Paid extra for an upgrade and the bathroom products were empty. Light flickered above sofa. TV didnt work. Shower was weak. Overall, awful for the cost and experience.
