There was no electricity in the building overnight and there was no hot water in the morning. The room TV faced a desk and there we no power outlets to plug in the coffee machine or lamp on the desk. Front desk staff were very apologetic and offered free breakfast if I ever stayed in the future - but I’m not sure I will.

The staff at the hotel was so welcoming and accommodating. They were very helpful with directions, theater tickets and just about everything. The location was perfect. The train station was a block away and it was the terminus for the busses as well, making navigating London super easy

Mostly good

Soundproofing between rooms (adjacent rooms joined by door) was not good enough. Apart from that the whole room arrangement was really nice. I recall the room was advertised online as 'soundproof' yet the double door system that connects the rooms resulted in less privacy than would be best for separate rooms.

Amazing Night Away

Our stay was amazing. The king room we had was very clean and spacious. The walk in shower was incredible and the rest of the facilities were brilliant. Would definitely start again.

Brilliant location with only 2 min walk to Victoria station that has access to pretty much everywhere in London. Hotel was okay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Though I must say, the food and drink is waaay overpriced for the quality it is for both breakfasts and dinners. Also, we were cold the first night. I rang the reception to see if we could get another duvet, we were told that there is no spare duvets and we’ll get a portable heater which never arrived. We waited and waited and went to sleep.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Park Plaza. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The lighting in the bathroom was poor, not properly placed, making it seem dark.

Very nice modern hotel. Breakfast buffet has to be one of the best I've ever had with tons of options. Tons of dinning options within few minutes walk and several convenience/ supermarkets if you need any essentials for your travel needs. About 4 minute walk to the Underground Tube station. Usually only took 10-15 minutes to get down to the river by the London Eye or Tower of London areas. Less than 1 hour to get to Heathrow on the train
