What a fantastic hotel, great staff, spotlessly clean, comfortable & great food. Would have liked some draught lagers etc in the bar but you can’t have everything & the choice of bottled beers were good! Will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!

Every member of staff we dealt with was welcoming, friendly and helpful so thank you to the wonderful staff for looking after us so well. The room was clean and had good amenities although probably needed a lick of paint but otherwise fantastic. The pool was lovely but again a tiny bit tired and in need of a little maintenance. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful service. Early check in was made possible for us. We were also able to use the swimming pool after check out as there are facilities to keep bags and shower and dress. Excellent location a couple minutes walk to the Thames and leas than 15mins walk to Battersea Power station tube and 1 min. Walk to Battersea park across the road.

I was disappointed at some simple things. They could not organise a morning paper (I know that is probably now an unusual request). The breakfast buffet was extensive, but it was impossible to get a good, proper cup of tea. The reception staff were pleasant but spoke quickly and softly so I had to ask them to repeat - again, probably because I am old with different expectations.

The hot buffet breakfast was disappointing. The food was without exception dry and overcooked and it was only 9am. The scrambled egg contained lumps of green egg, as if new egg had been stirred into previously cooked egg. The slices of cheese on the cold buffet were curled up and uninviting. For what was on choice the breakfast was overpriced. The room was too hot and the TV did not work. I was not shown to the room by a member of staff and felt that if this had happened they would have explained to me how to use all the facilities. Consequently I did not know how to use the AC and due to the room being too hot in the night I was forced to open the window only to then have to contend with the constant noise of the trains. The Hotel has the appearance of being 'Tired' and in need of certain areas, like Reception and The Bar, being upgraded. It is in a very fine area which I feel is making the owners sit back on their laurels and not upgrade it to make it welcoming and more pleasant on entering. Having said all this I would return to this Hotel becuse of the convenience of its situation. Should this eveer happen I would hope to see more cheerful and modern surroundings.

overall was a good hotel for the price location and facilities, rooms were clean staff friendly and breakfast was good, just let down by overly soft mattress and pillows probably need replacement.
