The beds are simply cots, and they are saggy and provide little support. They only clean the rooms after your stay, and the garbage filled up quickly. There is no true closet space, not much space to put your belongings. I felt that I paid way to much for the room that we were given.

My stay was okay overall. The highlight was the excellent customer service from Sam—he was very helpful and friendly. The hotel’s location is great, just a short walk from Paddington Station, making it easy to get around. However, the rooms are quite small, there’s no kettle in the room (you need to go to reception for hot water), and they charge a small fee to store your luggage while you wait for your room to be prepared. Despite these drawbacks, Sam’s service and the convenient location made the experience better.

Nice hotel close to the subway station, excellent breakfast, area appears to be safe. Some noise and vibration from the nearby subway and constructions, particularly on the first floor.

i loved the daily breakfast (yummy coffee & freshly baked goods), safe location/very walkable, 2 metro stations near by, wonderful staff, extras such an electrical outlet for UK and small fans. i appreciated the pre-stay email with helpful info. i wish the room had more shelves, wall hooks & clothes hangers bc there was NO closet. also, there were no wash cloths or facial tissues. i had to buy some from Tesco across the street. no phone in the room, so had to go downstairs each time i needed something. i think guests can IM the front desk from an app. i didn’t want another app on my phone. lastly, an extra touch would have been 2 free bottled waters per day. with no closet and a tiny room, a nice touch would have been the waters.

Was given a room with a built in chair in shower ( I do not have mobility issues nor asked for one). Noisy area, a bench appeared in my room a day after someone came to clean. There is no iron in the room and they do not give a face towel or wash cloth. Overall the room was average.
