This is a great budget hotel very close to Waterloo. The staff are excellent and our room was absolutely spotless. The rooms are compact but very well equipped. Ideal for a few days in town. Thanks for a great stay.

The only bad part was that the room and bathroom were too small. We had to sit sideways in the toilet to use it. For that reason I would not book this hotel again. Location, cleanliness was great. Staff was super nice and always ready to help.

These Rooms are TINY! Just big enough for the Double Bed and approximately 12" of space beside it to walk. Sit on the Toilet and my knees were touching the wall. We couldn't dry off in the bathroom after a shower...Staff were pleasant and the location was good.

Room is quite small. Shower very small, I am quite slim but it was challenging for me to “maneuver” in it. Location is good and it worked for our one night stay before cruise

Wasn’t good as expected I was provided 101 room with no view , but in website it shows room with water view. Bed was so uncomfortable and room as double room it’s worse I have ever stayed in.

Good location rooms small but more than ample for 2 people. Great that there is a safe. Only thing missing is tea/coffee in room but it is available at reception

So, when people say the rooms are small, take them seriously. You cannot walk around any of the double bed because the walls are on 3.5 sides of it. There is just an opening to jump in! We had to put our suitcases on the bed during the day and close them up and set them by the door at night! The bathroom was small like a cruise ship. If you don't care about the size, the room was very clean and the AC was great. It was a little loud with sirens during the night, but we were so wiped out we slept fine. The location is very good. I still give a rating of 5 because I knew it was small going in and I chose it based on the location.
