The room is compact and the bathroom even smaller. A larger person would have difficulty getting in and out of the shower. You certainly cant bend down in it. You have to sit sideways on the toilet as you ar crammed between the wall and the vanity basin. There is a small fold out table and chair for one otherwise you sit on the bed. There is no mini fridge, no kettle or coffee/tea. The area is extremely noisy at night made worse because i heeded to kerp the window open as the temperature is preset at 25 degrees which is super hot in a stuffy little room. There is no tourist information brochures in the lobby and the reception staff don't easily seem identifiable as therecis no uniform. At times i felt i walked into a lobby and some people were just hanging out there. The underground is hidden across the road. Once i realised it was there it made getting around easier. Close to Westminster Bridge and Big Ben. Served the purpose as a place to sleep at night.
Rooms are quite small, but perfect for a single person or a couple! The location can’t be beat - everything is so close, either by public transportation or by foot. The only downside was the construction going on, but the staff did their best to minimize its effects on those staying.
It was a great room newly refurbished and really lovely with a view of the London Eye room 610. Super close to the station and to everything especially Parliament and Big Ben. Wish it had a kettle for a cup of tea at night - don’t really want to pay for one at reception. And also a mini fridge as reception didn’t have ice
But that aside I still give it 10/10
Wonderful friendly staff at reception too. Great hotel.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The property is under construction and I was put on the 6th without informing me I had to lug my luggage up 2 flights of stairs!
This hotel is under extensive renovations with a floor or two offered to their guests. So imagine the noise, dust, time to reach your room because construction workers needed the stairs/ elevator. Weve received a room with amenities for disabled and unable to shower, the bathroom sink wont drain, TV remote missing. The noise was unbearable and stayed up all night because pf some loud guests even if we reorted to the reception desk....so overall the worst experience with this specific hotwl as we have been staying to another Point A hotel in London but totally different experience. We were unaware of the renovations taking place above us in hotel. So please Expedia connect with us asap.
Thank you,
Daniel Mechici
Last minute stay in London, compact room, comfortable bed and clean.
Wanted a lay in but was very noisy in the morning from 6/7 am with people and cleaners in the corridor, constant slamming doors and stopped me from being able to sleep. Shame as it was not cheap.

If you just need a place to sleep - not shower
Tiny but convenient stay for somewhere just to sleep. However, the room was so tiny and the bathroom was ridiculous. I actually couldn’t get into the shower and close the door as the sink is directly blocking the shower door. We also had two small suitcases with us and with those in the room there was barely enough space to get ready. I wouldn’t stay here unless you’re looking for somewhere to crash out and nothing else. Convenient location for the subway outside which is why we chose there.
Good location, the downsides are the doors outside are very loud, so you will get woken up in the mornings as people leave for flights, the room doors need better sound proofing.
