Very noisy location. Mattress was terrible. Rooms need a lot of TLC- chipping paint, furniture was very worn- to the point of the sofa being threadbare. Lobby is the only area that is nice but it’s time for them to put some money into the rooms. I would not revisit or recommend based on location and general condition of property.

Loved this location for a 3 generation family of 8 for 7 nights. It is right on Leicester Square, with no cars to worry about when you just wanted to go out & wander. Very friendly, accommodating staff that saw to our every need & waved to me as we’d go out & back in. My room with view of London was special. It was worth every penny for this wonderful, family memory.

Great location, central to shopping, dinning, theaters and transportation. On site restaurant was lovely for a rainy day. Very lively, however outside noise not easily heard in room. Friendly and helpful staff. For sleep I prefer a more sturdy mattress however individual preferences vary so best if luck for your sleep preferences. Would stay again!

Great Location, Warm Welcome, Minor Suggestions

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Leicester Square for 3 nights and checked out today. The check-in experience was excellent, even though it was in the middle of the night. A big thank you to the Night Manager, Ms. Linda, whose warm smile and friendly approach made me feel truly welcome. The location of the hotel is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything London has to offer. While the property shows some signs of age, it is very well maintained and clean. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. However, I would suggest a review of the scent used in the shampoo and body wash. The quality is great, but the fragrance could definitely be improved—it’s a no for me. Despite that minor detail, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. A solid stay overall!

Very disappointed

Service at the reception desk was very bad at many occasions. Dirty dishes left on table in reception area for a long time . Thick dust on window sill in the restaurant after they fired up air conditioner. No notice of London marathon and street closures upon checking out. Almost like the reception staff has been trained on how not to be helpful. Surprised at their rating.

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson blue Hotel in Leicester Square. It was a convenient location and safe location, close to the tube, Westminster Palace, Trafalgar Square, and the National Gallery. I recommend this place for first timers coming to London. The staff was very courteous and responded to all of our needs. Great views of the West End from our room.
