We booked a premium room because it was advertised as being larger than standard. It should have been 20 m square. It was approx 12 m square. Easily the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. I pre authorised £100 on my credit card. When I checked out the receptionist did not give me a bill and said they had a problem with one breakfast charge and would send an invoice to confirm the amount to be charged. I never received an invoice or any communication but later found out they had taken £129 from my card without my knowldge.

This hotel was not good value for the money. Reception failed to send anyone to help adjust the heating system it was uncomfortably hot, the AC wouldn’t work even after 3 phone calls there was no support! I paid over £500 for two deluxe rooms for one night. Neither were deluxe there was no fridge in the room so complimentary water was warm, the tissue box holder fell from the wall as soon as I took one tissue. My brothers room was too cold!! the rooms are not large as described and are extremely claustrophobic. The staff were nice people they offered me 20% back for there lack of support to fix the heating I’ll see if they do, breakfast was better but overall I would not stay here again.
