Very overpriced for a "suite", we arrived at night and baby cot was missing, alongside alot of other basic stuff (bottle opener/electricity adapter/sugar for example). On our second day, our room wasn't cleaned, even though we left the room at 7AM. We came to surprise a family member for his 70th birthday and asked numerous times via phone and email to not confuse the bookings or mention that we are coming and somehow they managed to even screw that.. On the third day, we were waken up by someone washing our windows quite early. Suite feels like a big standard room in other hotels. Staff was nice overall and tried to "make it up" but unfortunately a free coke is not what we expected. Deffo not worth the price paid. On the good side, breakfast is great and location is amazing.

Would not stay again

Pleasant check in, but in my room the sink flooded due to lack of plug drainage and became full of men's beard hair. Then I noticed beard hair on the mirror and on the floor. In the morning I took a shower that was almost cold and could not be turned up. Upon check out I made them aware and they apologised and told me I will receive my invoice.

Good location , polite staff , didn’t get 2 pairs of slippers and we had to ask for towels and loo roll other then this we had no other problems and male staff members on reception were very good we would stay here again

Love staying in Seven Dials.. this Radisson is magical. George at the front gave us a warm welcome as well as made sure our symtay was memorable. Anda and Miftha found us a table for breakfast , bit Anda went above and beyond for my mum’s birthday 🙏😘

Great hotel in a perfect location

Great hotel in a perfect location. The staff were attentive, helpful and professional. This is an older building, but you wouldn’t know it - the building and rooms are in great shape, everything worked, and was easily found. I shall definitely be back in a couple months when I am in London, this is my new go-to.
