The nicest Radisson we have ever stayed in! Very clean, superb location, and the staff cannot be beat! Every one of them is friendly and helpful, and having concierges like George and Eddie who seemed to truly enjoy helping (not expecting monetary tips like in the US) made our stay exceptional!

The room we had booked was not available upon arrival and could not comfortably accommodate the number of guests in our reservation. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were told that nothing could be done for that night and no extra bed or cot could be provided. We asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere, but were told the rate was nonrefundable, leaving us with no practical solution. The lack of flexibility and unhelpful customer service made for a frustrating and disappointing experience. While the location is convenient, the poor service and failure to address basic accommodation issues mean I would not recommend this hotel.
