Very friendly staff. Great location and not noisy despite being on the main A4 road. Rooms are perfectly adequate though the curtains do let in some light. Good WiFi. Lift is tiny!

Disappointing Stay - Small, Dated Room and Run-Down Decor Room Stayed In: 440 Duration of Stay: 1 night We recently stayed for one night at the Radisson Blu South Kensington, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing, particularly concerning the standard of our room and the general state of the hotel. The Room (440) Our room was extremely small, to the point of being cramped with very little space to move. Space & Storage: There was virtually no room to swing a cat, and storage was minimal—we noted the complete lack of a proper wardrobe. Cleanliness & Smell: The carpets in the room were visibly very dirty and the room had a distinct and unpleasant musky smell upon entry. Bathroom: The bathroom layout was problematic; we almost had to climb into the bath just to close the door, highlighting a poor design and lack of space. Hotel Condition & Atmosphere The room's condition appears to be symptomatic of the hotel's overall state. Dated and Worn: The hotel generally looks very dated. The carpets throughout the public areas are noticeably threadbare, and the decoration in many parts is quite poor and tired. False Impression at Reception: While the reception area looks more fresh and modern, this appears to give a false impression of the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Very tired hotel , worn carpets, saggy beds and I have literally never seen so many layers of paint on the wood in this hotel . I have stayed here many times over the last 15 years and the only benefit is that you can occasionally get a good deal. Definitely not worth the money anymore

Great range of food at breakfast, especially fruit. Welcoming, friendly staff. Rooms were lovely, and very quiet for central London. Accommodated a late check out to allow half marathon runners to shower and change after the event, hugely appreciated! Hotel could use a little TLC, a lift was out of order, handle came of firedoor in corridor. Didn't spoil our stay but may for others.

Very convenient location in South Kensington. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very good sized compared to other hotels I've stayed at in London.
