This property was very clean, had a great buffet breakfast, kitchenette and was close to public transportation. The only downfall was that our room faced the front and was very noisy. I'd highly recommend, but ask for a room in the back:)

Good location, great staff and breakfast was good. I found the room spacy and that was perfect for my stay. Otherwise I found it a bit dusty in some areas, the floor wasn't 100% ok in my opinion. And regarding the kitchen part, I'd say that some kitchen utensils weren't fully clean, same for the oven grill. So it was disturbing, considering I visted other flat/hotel complexes in London, and this one being a Mariott. I did not request cleaning services during my stay, but I assume those points should be perfect from the beginning. That being said, for the price I paid, I think it's a bit too much and I'd consider other options in that area for a future stay.

Perfect for a long stay

Great location, we had everything we could possibly need at the hotel, the breakfast was really nice, room was spacious, access to a gym and laundry were great for our long stay!

Still a great Hotel as always!

We arrived at 14:45 and were told that the room should be ready around 3 pm. I kept asking for an update but unfortunately it was not until 4 pm that the room as finally available. Louise, the receptionist was lovely and she did her best to get us a different room that was readily available.

The hotel has a such good welcoming atmosphere and employees are very helpful and all of them works happy! I would like to say thank you for everyone’s attention during our stay at this hotel, specially to Aesha at front desk, she received us in a really welcoming energy and to the blond lady that helped us to store our bags, she’s a sweetheart. I hope the manager and owner reward your team and keep this staff very well treated. Breakfast was also very good, environment very well organized and clean. Our room were very well cleaned once we arrived and during our staying. I only have positive feedback about the staff, location, comfort and clean. Thank you all! Congratulations.
