As a regular guest, I want to thank you for consistently providing a wonderful experience. The room was fantastic, and the breakfast as excellent as always. I truly appreciate the high quality of service you maintain.
That said, I’d like to share one concern from my recent stay. The hotel was, as usual, fully booked — which is a good sign! — but it did feel quite crowded at times. Waiting for the elevator was the most challenging part of the experience. Staying on a high floor became uncomfortable, especially given the recent earthquake in Turkey, which left me feeling uneasy. Unfortunately, there were no available rooms to move to a lower floor, though your staff handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.
Next time I’m in London, I will absolutely stay with you again — but I will definitely request a room on a lower floor, where I’d feel safer and could use the stairs if needed.
