An excellent place to stay in the Westminster area! Paddington just minutes walk away! Hyde park and Kensington gardens close by! The tube makes everything easy to get to. Had a great stay!

Perfect for a solo traveller

Absolutely wonderful little gem of a hotel, only a couple of minutes walk from Paddington Station. Easy to find, spotlessly clean, very cosy, friendly receptionist and for a solo traveller perfect! 🙂 Really exceeded my expectations and I hope to stay there again.

Overall it was fine for a one night stay which is what we did, I think there is a lot they need to fix but other than it was fine for our short stay! The aircon made a ton of noise and the people above were practising for their marching band. (Thin walls) We were in the "basement" room so it could have been a one off. Hopefully they sort the lock and aircon for the next guests.

Beautifully clean

Lovely building and area perfect for our needs. Room was very compact and I'm pretty sure the bed was a small double rather a double but everything was beautifully clean. Plug sockets each side of the bed would have been handy but wasn't a deal breaker.

Good price, great location but not clean enough

I would recommend if you are in a tight budget but still want to be in a good location, the room was okay a bit on the small side and the bed was clean although the pillow were very thin. My issue was the shower, it had mould around the edges and the drain which you can avoid stepping on but still unpleasant and the closet had some sort of fan but it was covered in dust along side the rest of the closet.

We asked for a cot to be told it would be in only for it not to be and was told we might not get get one The room was up at 30 degrees no good for babies The fans that was given was as much use as a chocolate firegaurd The lift was a squeeze for 4 and very outdated We needed a new remote for the tv the lady on reception wasn’t very good at helping

The hotel is in a row of older, converted 3 storey townhouses. We had room 1, on the main floor. It was okay for 1 night, but I wouldn't want to stay in it for any longer. The only reason for that is the size of it. I knew it would be small, but it was VERY small. The bathroom was very tight, the shower enclosure even tighter. On the good side, the building and room were very clean and it's in a good location. It's a short walk to Paddington Station along London St., giving easy access to the tube and rail lines. There are numerous restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood.

It is quite clean. Though the room is small, for an Asian lady of my size, it is good enough. It is a few min walk to Paddington Station, easy access to public transport and to Heathrow Express for airport.
