Excellent location near Earls Court station. Being on a side road meant it was fairly quiet, very little traffic noise. One or two maintenance niggles: one bedside light didn't work, the waste from the basin didn't clear and the bathroom handle was loose. But would stay there again.
Bit tight for 3 single beds and 3 adults. Clean, looks like a room update is going on throughout so will improve as a little tired. Shower tiny and the bowl floor is a slippery one, be careful. Served a purpose with a great location near Earls Court Tube. Friendly, helpful staff too.
Great staff, very friendly welcome and smooth check in.
Amazing location for the tube, 2m walk if that.
Rooms are a bit dated and it was possibly the smallest shower I’ve ever been in but for the price I felt it was fine and absolutely nothing worth complaining about. Comfy bed and athe room had all the other little things you need. Would stay again if I needed a quick room in London for a night.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
A bit shabby, old noisy. Construction in rooms overhead at 7:30 am
The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but for the price and location where good and staff were friendly.

Quiet hotel in busy area
The hotel is nice and clean even though a little dated. Most of the furniture was well worn and the bathroom can do with a face lift.
Apart from that, it is nice and local to the busy Earl’s Court area and on a minutes walk to the tube.
Staff were nice and friendly and always available if needed.
Will definitely stay here again.

I love the old world charm of this hotel and its quirky & narrow stairwell leading into our basement unit. I wish they didn’t leave unopened boxes of construction materials or maybe they were furniture in the hallway. The hallway is already very narrow, which is understandable since this is an old building, but having stuff left in the hallway made it even tighter. But we didn’t complain coz perhaps they didn’t have any other place to put them?
The 2-bed/ 4-person occupancy basement room was very nice, bright and big. There was no moldy smell with the nice wood floor and updated decent sized bathroom/toilet. Be aware that there is no fridge or microwave in this quad room. However there is a decent sized kettle with coffee supplies.
The street where it is located is quite loud especially at night when everyone is trying to sleep. And again, it’s not the hotel’s fault that this street is where all the “Uber-eats” type motorcycle riders hang-out in between deliveries. And some of them are not quiet at night, sometimes you hear yelling like they’re about to break into a fight. And you could smell when somebody is smoking weed outside. I don’t know if it’s any better in the higher floors, but in the basement we heard and smelled everything! So if you’re a light sleeper and by yourself, do not take a basement room. It helped that as a family of four with my husband being there, I still felt safe. But I probably wouldn’t feel safe if I came by myself or just me and the kids.
