Great Hotel such comfy mattress

Most comfortable bed ever. Best pillows. Attentive staff. Great location as 5 min walk Sloane Square station. Great breakfast. Well worth paying breakfast. Get starter such croissant and main with juice and coffee I just wish it had lounge room to relax in as that was what was missing.

Great hotel in best location in London

Absolutely lovely location and great room, got a nice upgrade. The front desk girls on arrival were a little ingenuine for me but the staff in the evening and next morning were super great. The location for this is amazing - will def go back

My room was small but comfortable for one person. If had been traveling with another person I would have gotten a bigger room. Cosy is SMALL. The windows were very leaky and I should have said something earlier but when I did, staff did give me a blanket to cut the draft. Staff were extremely attentive and professional. All I. All a good experience and I recommend this hotel.

Pros: Nice area, close to tube station, decent hotel. Cons: sewerage smell from bathroom due to poor drainage pipe work. Water build up when showering in the bath meant standing in ankle deep water when showering. Room safe did not work and was unusable despite raising this issue with a member of staff.

Great little hotel in the heart of Chelsea/Belgravia. Very walkable, tube station is 5 mins away. Hotel is quaint, very clean.
