Would stay here again

Very quiet location while being extremely convenient location: around the corner from good restaurants, bars, take-aways, and minutes walk from Paddington station. Staff all very friendly, manager extremely helpful. Great value for price, considering it includes buffet breakfast, a/c and has a lift! Only downfall is the smell of cigarette smoke; it is a no-smoking establishment so either the smell is left-over from earlier days or clients sneak a smoke. Smells from breakfast travel through the ventilation system and I suspect cigarette smoke can enter bathroom that way as well. Only a problem if you are sensitive to that.

This property was great overall! Could use some extra attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom. It needed some extra cleaning & tlc. The bathroom is very small! Probably about the same size or even a little smaller than a cruise ship cabin bathroom. The staff was great! The breakfast was delicious - so many options! Id definitely stay here again!

Really nice hotel in a great location next to Paddington Station. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The rooms have all the amenities that are needed for a comfortable stay and breakfast is really good!

A nice inexpensive place to stay

All good apart from the shower was either scolding hot or stone cold (but the mixer tap seemed to have been installed at 90 degrees to how it should have been. Breakfast was good

Not bad but not great.

Pros: Staff is very friendly and responsive. Location is perfect h access to Hyde Park, Paddington Station, and lots of great dining options. Street is relatively quiet and area safe and walkable. Cons: Bathroom was not very clean and smelled incredibly musty. Bed and pillows were very low quality. Room was not cleaned during my two night stay.

Comfortable stay. Close to food and paddington station. Amenities are a little on the older side (no smart tv), and the bathroom was a bit small. Still it was a comfortable room and the staff was excellent.

Great find

First time have stayed here and what a great find . I needed somewhere super close to Paddington station after flying back to Uk and too late to travel back to West Country . Easy walking distance of Paddington , very friendly staff( well done Riz ) stylish and modern . My room was quite small ( late check-in ) but clean and comfortable / Good selection of snacks and drinks to buy . Also complimentary drink for pub down the road . Breakfast was included and was really well presented again with very friendly staff . It was also well cooked .. unusual ( he says ) for many hotels whatever start rating these days . Again would recommend highly and excellent value for money .

It was a perfect location near paddington station for transit to airport. Nice spot for walking in the evening, many restaurants and pubs. The hotel was clean and interesting. We were in renovated rooms, very modern but tiny! The bed was a little too firm and doors nearby opening and closing woke me up a few times.

Fresh, modern and generous!

Just a one night stopover and I’m glad I tried this hotel. Very convenient for London Paddington, with plenty of eateries nearby. Service was great, I had a new room downstairs. Free breakfast and a drinks token for a beer in the nearby pub added to already great value.
