I would not let a dog stay here. The service was terrible. Room was dirty and unkept. Blinds had holes in them and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention they hotel gave authorization for a maintenance person to access my room without me knowing while the dnd sign was on the outside of my room.

I’ve stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and continually reviews that the hotel needs refurbishing. Condition of hotel has noticeably deteriorated in the 16 months since my last stay. Technology now doesn’t work properly, lifts go out of service too regularly, rooms looking more and more shabby. Two saving graces are staff who are generally friendly and the location which is wonderful

Bermondsey is a very vibrant street. Great restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff was very accommodating to let us use the breakfast room tables to play games. The rooms were clean and if you needed anything the staff got it for you. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. We felt welcomed. One star off from cleanliness due to the washroom needs some updates on molds & rusting of some fixtures. One star off the hotel facility due to there isn’t a safe to use inside the room. The security of the hotel is pretty good. 24hrs guard, room card access to elevator area and room card access to main entrance of the hotel in the evening.
