AC not cooling room, maintenance said it was ok but brought us a fan. In a $ 550 a night hotel you shouldn’t be sweating while you sleep.

Great location so close to Victoria station. Well attended too and friendly staff. Bit of a walk if in the wing rooms but extra large rooms and very comfortable. Bathroom's are small considering room size and care is needed when getting in for a shower , removal of the bath for a walk in shower would be so much better. Overall no complaints and will be back.

It was a perfect location. I didn’t need to get transportation anywhere, I just walked! Everyone was super nice. They helped me with my luggage to the train station entrance because it had stairs. They included snacks. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again

The staff was delightful and helpful, and the location was perfect for accessing the Tube and bus lines. We were close enough to walk to many attractions as well. We’ve stayed here three times now and will definitely return on our next trip to London.

I accidentally ended with a double booking on the train from Gatwick. I would have been happy just to take another day sometime, but they gave me a lot of nonsense on why they couldn't. Eventually got a credit via hotels.com but a faff.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location with its own entrance to Victoria station. Staff were all top notch. Muhammed was a standout. Very helpful and friendly, and recognized us from when we stayed two weeks prior. Went out of his way. This was true of all the staff from help with luggage, check in, restaurants/bars and housekeeping. All very professional but also personable. Looking forward to our return.

Lobby was beautiful. Despite a daily cost of nearly $450 the rooms were very small and plain. After overnight flight shower had no hot water. Next morning had no cold water so could not shower or flush. Expected Victoria station area to be busy but not with so many homeless beggars. Limited restaurant choices within walking distance. Concierge could have been more helpful. Would not recommend.
