Room was a nice size, bed very comfortable and with lots of pillows. Amenities include sparkling water, sweets jar, crisps & popcorn, plus coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Bathroom roomy with both hand-held and rain shower. Towels generous size. Furniture a bit cheap for luxury hotel and all the walls were quite scuffed. Staff highly solicitous, courteous and all-around nice. The Soak restaurant offers tasty choices. Staff was amazingly attentive. Music way too loud, but I would still recommend the restaurant.

Friendly staff and beautiful grand entrance. This hotel has a wow factor. Its regal and impressive. Rooms were very sizeable. Clean and airy. Its in a perfect location, close to Victoria Station, pubs, bars and restaurants. We loved the ease of location. There was a pillow menu where we ordered a duckdown and support pillow, but they were literally the same as the pillows already on our bed....which were not good and not comfortable! The shower had also seen better days. Many of the holes in the shower head were clogged, so the rainfall shower was weak. Plus you had to step into a tiny bath which was ridiculously high. Not great if you are less mobile. Aside from the pillows and shower, it was a nice room and worth the stay. We would stay again if we needed to be in the area. We wanted to drink in the lovely soak bar/restaurant in the hotel, but they had closed the bar area so we ventured to "The Alchemist" which was full of atmosphere and great cocktails, and just across the street. Thankfully a perfect location for venturing out.

The Clermont is a very nice hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in the classic twin room which was fine for our needs. We did have an issue with our original room - the carpet was stained and there was an awful smell coming from the a/c. But we spoke with the lovely staff and they changed our room immediately. Our second room was perfect and met our needs. Even though the area outside was quite noisy, our room was silent which was great for sleeping. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. I would definitely stay here again.
